The Production Operator is responsible for running the ZED machine, filling tubes, and operate maintenance of the Kentex K800-MS. Responsible for general housekeeping of workstation and keeping equipment clean. Responsible for general housekeeping of workstation and keeping equipment clean. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Performs necessary machine set-up, repairs, adjustments, changeovers, and preventative maintenance on production equipment. Performs operation of production equipment with the responsibility of production efficiency, utility, and equipment downtime., Complete the Cleanroom Use and Preparation form for the room being use and follow all cleanroom policies and procedures for that area Clean the kentex machine and free it of any glue Reports discrepancies to supervisory personnel in a timely manner. Promotes a positive work environment. Communicates with Team Lead or Production Supervisor of any inventory needs/requests. Communicates with Team Lead or Production Supervisor any issues with the equipment. Communicates with Team Lead or Production Supervisor if any unforeseen conflicts to the production schedules arise. Ensure and maintains workstations are kept safe and free of clutter. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications, Education, and/or Experience Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Must have a positive attitude and possess the ability to multitask and work well with others. Ability to multitask and work well with others. Language Skills: English required; Spanish is a plus. Physical Demands: Position requires walking, standing for prolonged periods, occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. May frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Work Environment: Non-temperature-controlled warehouse, non-temperature-controlled production floor, temperature-controlled office.
