Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
* Manage individual production programs, as assigned, by leading all crew members in a matrixed organization through their various job functions, including manufacturing engineering , tooling design, purchasing, assembly, test, SDRLs, customer TIMs, and more. Serve as the main point of contact and main focal point of communication, timelines, tasks, and schedules.
* Maintain effective communication on all aspects of the production program among the project team and the client to ensure all goals, tasks, and deliverables are understood clearly throughout the entire program.
* Maintain effective and positive communication with customers to ensure a strong relationship and positive supplier rating. Anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations.
* Provide timely, clear, and concise communication of production program status, risks and opportunities, scope change information, and recovery plans to all stakeholders.
* Support, lead, and delegate the operations team's responsibilities and tasks through all stages of the project life cycle in a matrixed reporting structure.
* Generate and update operational planning which include, detailed scheduling, risk mitigation plan, Assembly Integration & Test Planning, Manufacturing flow Summaries, and budget information.
* Conduct MRR/TRRs (Manufacturing Readiness Reviews, Test Readiness Reviews) as well as other reviews for programs with the customers.
* Review and acknowledge customer contracts/POs, Specifications, SOWs, and Coordination Memos, and other correspondence of a contractual nature.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience in manufacturing
* 3+ years of manufacturing supply chain experience leading production programs
* 3+ years of aerospace industry experience
* Experience managing operational planning processes

A day on the job as an Operator:
As an Operator, you are at the forefront of innovation in assembling cutting-edge cellular booster technology! These positions are full-time, Monday through Wednesday or Thursday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The Seasonal SMT Operator position is seasonal for a period of up to 6 months, and employment may be eliminated during that time. There is a possibility that the position may become permanent depending on the company's needs and job performance.

As a Manufacturing Foreman in our Wetout Facility, you will be responsible for oversees daily facility operations, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. Managing equipment, materials, and personnel, you'll play a key role in optimizing processes, training employees, and keeping everything on track for the preparation of Cure-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) according to the exact specifications agreed upon by the customer.
We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.
The starting pay rate is at $27.75 per hour. Candidates with enough industry-related experience may be able to negotiate a higher starting rate.

What You'll Do:
Take charge of directing and coordinating all aspects of daily operations at the wet out facility, ensuring that workflows remain efficient and production targets are consistently met.
Oversee and maintain high-quality production standards while enforcing strict workplace safety protocols to create a secure and compliant environment for all employees.
Provide hands-on supervision, in-depth training, and ongoing support to team members, fostering skill development and enhancing overall performance within the facility.
Continuously monitor and effectively manage equipment, materials, and inventory levels to prevent shortages, minimize downtime, and maintain seamless production processes.
Oversee all logistics operations, ensuring proper transportation of materials while strictly enforcing compliance with safety guidelines and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
