This position works Monday-Thursday; 1:45pm-11:45pm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reads, understands, and accurately follows Job Ticket Instructions, completes job ticket paperwork and obtains proper approvals. Sets up and adjust layouts to match data proofs, diagnose and troubleshoot errors and start up and shut down the production line; if changes are made ensure proper approvals are performed. Check machine for proper working order and make adjustments if machine is not functioning correctly; call Maintenance if needed Verify job duties with production assistants; provide verbal instructions to tasks that needs to be done differently, ensure understanding of expectations Ensure the product meets customer specifications and perform quality checks as needed Communicate efficiently and effectively with teams and completes end of shift production reports.
