The Machine Operator will be responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines. The Machine Operator will also be responsible for inspecting parts to specifications and adjusting, or changes as necessary to maintain quality specification. · Take product from the bagging table, or from tubs containing retail or hot smoke packs, and place on the vacuum packer. · Ensure packs are straight and in the correct place for sealing. · Take the vacuum-packed product from the other side of the machine and place it on tubs. · Check all packs for proper seal. · Vacuum sealing and labeling food products according to specifications. · Reporting equipment issues or product defects to supervisor. · Maintain clean work environment. · Follow all company safety procedures and requirements. · Comply with all facility GMP rules and policies and all processes and requirements of the Food Safety and Quality Management System as applicable. · Complete other tasks at request of High Care Supervisor. The primary responsibility of the **Production Technician II** will be to test/assemble Small Unmanned Arial System products in our manufacturing facility following released engineering drawings and assembly instructions using our work order system. **Position Responsibilities** + Primary duty is the mechanical assembly of subassemblies using small hand and/or power tools.
