GENERAL PURPOSE
This position is responsible for properly recognize the correct linen belonging to the account being processed. You must ensure there is no mixed, dirty, or damaged linen before feeding into the machine or hand-folding it. You must maintain a fast pace speed meeting company's expectations while practicing safety procedures. In addition, the ProductionOperators will help on making sure the machinery is working properly, by communicating with their leaders of any issues.

Feeding machinery with sheets, Duvets, bathrobes pillowcases, towels, tablecloths napkins, mats
Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized working station.
Ensure the linen being process belongs to the account assigned.
Identify any damaged, dirty, or mixed linen and properly place it in the correct containers.
Maintain an average of 85% or above for production based on the IT system in place. (Spindle)
Must be logged into the IT system in place. (Spindle) always while working on the machine.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Position Duties:

Operate machinery efficiently while maintaining 1st piece inspection on all parts, all 1st piece inspections are checked to the job order and blueprint.
Demonstrate timely communication of needed materials.
Responsible for the safety of the equipment he/she is using. Responsible for notifying supervisor of any and all repairs needed.
Recognize obvious defective or damaged parts, incorrect sizes, faulty workmanship and general quality. Double check job order to finished part.
Must be able to follow directives and procedures and complete paperwork.
Ensure no material is used or moved unless it has a part number on it.
All counts must be consistently accurate.
Work area must be maintained as clean and organized.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Advanced practical knowledge of sound, lighting, and other stage equipment operation, as well as new programs and technologies in the execution of live shows and events.
Review show advance documentation and prepares for work call. Coordinate show needs with Technical Director and Production Management.
Lead and assist production crew. Inspect all equipment for any hazards prior to installation. Transport, lift and move equipment strategically and safely. Direct set-up of equipment; conduct pre-show/event testing of equipment; and run all equipment for the duration of the event/performance.
Troubleshoot any equipment malfunctions; work quickly to resolve issues to client/guest satisfaction. Ensure all cords/cables are secured properly to prevent trip and fall hazards.
Responsible for the safety and security of arts center equipment and any rental AV, Sound, Lighting and Staging equipment. Immediately report all equipment problems to the proper party. Power down and return equipment to proper storage areas or loading dock for pick up.
When needed, work as Show Runner providing transportation of artist between hotel and venue site using arts center vehicle. (requires a valid FL driver's license)
Works with minimal supervision when setting up spaces. Respond promptly and courteously to any last-minute changes. Anticipate the needs of the client/guest. Work cooperatively with Events Team, meeting planners, stage managers, etc. to assure client satisfaction for the
smooth, efficient and successful operation of the event. May interact with client directly to achieve event or show needs.
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures. Adhere to local, state and OSHA safety requirements. Assist in the coaching and training of L1 and L2 staff.
Act as a positive representative of the Dr. Phillips Center throughout an event or show.
Follow and support all operational policies and procedures. Assimilate into the arts center culture through understanding, supporting and demonstrating the core values.
Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with other departments, colleagues, and partners.
Able to remain calm under pressure. Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy. Maintain Dr. Phillips Center standards of customer service at all times.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
At least three (3) years of advanced practical Theater or Event support experience.
Advanced proficiency in audio, video, carpentry/rigging and/or lighting techniques and equipment.
Advanced rigging skills to include the ability to determine correct rigging hardware for flying items. Ability to safely weight and operate a fly system.
Ability to read and understand stage ground plans, technical design drawings and industry specific paperwork as it pertains to the arts center inventory and make appropriate recommendations or substitutions.
Thorough knowledge of backstage procedures and protocols; demonstrate correct headset use and etiquette.
Experienced at leading teams during an assigned show/event or shift. Detail-oriented, good follow-through, and effective communication skills.
Lighting skills:
Proficient in operation and troubleshooting of all arts center lighting consoles.
Able to complete power tie into Company Switch
Able to lead a crew to hang and focus a light plot. Able to patch and set-up/configure lighting gateways/fixtures; function as lighting programmer and board operator. Able to provide multi-scene lighting design for events and shows.
Audio skills:
Proficient in operation and troubleshooting of all arts center Audio systems.
Ability to create an Audio mic plot with knowledge of microphone types and their application. Able to reset power (audio). Fulfill Audio 1 role including system knowledge, and ability to mix musicians, performers and monitors.
Stage Carpentry: assist in Steinmetz Hall stage changeovers and perform duties as a main or secondary driver or lead on Tower move.

Audio consoles and equipment: DigiCo SD Series, Yamaha CL Series, Allen and Heath Avantis and Shure Wireless
Video consoles and equipment: EPSON Projectors, Panasonic and Blackmagic

Machine Operator Recycling is responsible for operating and maintaining Clean the World's soap and plastic recycling lines. Your Role and Responsibilities
At ABB, we help important industries outrun - leaner and cleaner.
In this role you will:
Must complete all required mandatory Safety, OSHA, and ISO 9001 training Reads work instructions to determine job specifications, machine adjustments, and material requirements.
Learns to follow quality plans, read and apply work instructions, and blueprints to determine job specifications and material requirements.
Learns to measure work piece dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation using dial calipers, snap gauges or micrometers.
Operator initiates simple machine cycles/ manufacturing processes.
Qualifications for the Role
High School Diploma/GED required. Previous manufacturing experience desired.
Manual dexterity and mechanically inclined. Basic understanding of computer-based machine controls. Must have basic manufacturing/quality knowledge and be able to use simple measuring devices. Able to follow quality plans and work instructions. Able to use common tools of machine operations.

What Product Test and Calibration contributes to Cardinal Health Product Test & Calibration sets up, aligns, monitors, and/or calibrates production equipment. Assists and may perform maintenance on machines and cleans up minor chemical spills in assigned area as well as glassware, ovens, and other equipment.
Job Description
The primary purpose of this position is to set-up, maintain, operate, test and inspect product, and perform repairs on associated departmental equipment in conformance to FDA, GMP's, ISO 13485 standards and finished product specifications. Minimize scrap generation from processes and promote workplace safety. Provide process information to management so production equipment may be optimized and/or process corrected. Assist with training of personnel to perform various functions within each assigned area. Facilitate work flow and ensure product quality is maintained.
Shift Details
* 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm - Monday through Friday
Accountabilities
* Perform scheduled preventive maintenance as assigned by supervisor according to the Preventive Maintenance schedule.
* Adhere to plant policies/procedures, department EHS rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), ISO 13485 regulations and Good Housekeeping procedures. Shall operate in a manner that protects the health and safety of its employees/visitors and operate in a manner that conserves energy, natural resources and protects the environment.
* Complete all pertinent paperwork pertaining to the finished product being produced according to established guidelines in the manufacturing procedures.
* Prepare and maintain required maintenance equipment records. Use of micrometers, dial calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to perform dimensional and physical inspections. Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and confer with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards.
* Uses ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 sampling standard, part drawings, and specifications to determine inspection and testing required as well as acceptable quality levels.
* Selects products for inspection evaluation at specified stages in production process, performs various visual, dimensional, performance, mechanical, electrical, or chemical inspections per required characteristics.
* Report any unusual circumstances to supervisor and perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
* Basic computer skills with windows based programs.
* Responsible for the observation of department regulations and to use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required; must be safety conscious and Lockout/Tag-out trained.
* Transport hazardous waste to accumulation areas. Complete Annual Hazardous Waste (RCRA) refresher training.
* Cross-train and support where needed throughout the facility.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED preferred. One year certificate from college or technical school (machinist, engineering technology); or equivalent combination of training and experience.
* 3-4 years medical device manufacturing related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred.

* Any deviation from the norm is approved by the supervisor before proceeding
Department Specific Functions
* Setup various production machines and ancillary equipment according to procedures and product specifications utilizing small hand tools, i.e. wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, drills and channel locks.
* Monitor machinery and process goals during shift and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimum performance of processes.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunction and either repair equipment or arrange for technical support to complete repairs.
Pay rate: $17.75 per hour (includes shift differential)
