The Forming Machine Operator/Set- Up Technician is responsible for the set-up and operations of shuttle vacuum and pressure forming machines, rotary vacuum and pressure forming machines, band saws for rough trimming, table routers, and slit saws for trimming while safety and quality requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review Work Area Instructions, Pick Sheets, Bill of Materials, Work Instructions, Inspection Plans, Customer Drawings and Specifications, FPSS data, etc., to determine materials, process parameters, and procedures for forming machines. Press control buttons to activate auto cycles. Record and maintain production and process data per Work Area Instructions.
