A motivated team-oriented person who performs repetitive motion to remove molded plastic parts from machines, assemble plastic products (as specified), hot stamp products (as specified), inspect products for flaws, and manually remove flaws from finished products (using company provided tools) to meet company and customer specifications. Follow safety rules from the manufacturer and our company, using provided machine guards and protective gear for a safe workspace. Operating with Excellence: Operate machines safely, using required machine guards and protective gear. Your goal is to produce top-quality products that meet strict standards and deadlines, following provided work instructions closely. Ensuring Quality: You're responsible for creating products that meet specifications. If you find any worn or damaged tools, promptly inform the Production Supervisor to maintain our high-quality standards. Keeping Records: Complete assigned paperwork carefully, making sure all important details are included following our thorough work instructions.
