Here are your primary responsibilities: Loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods in accordance with customer and chemical specifications. Qualifications and Critical Skills/Expertise: High School diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate's degree with 1+ year experience, OR Bachelor's degree in a related field. Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers, rulers), lab equipment, and/or 3D printers. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities. Role Summary Machine Operators follow specific processes to manufactured tea products in compliance with CFR 111, dietary supplement regulations. A Machine Operator functions within a team-style work environment to accurately follow procedures, track quality standards, apply expert knowledge to keep machinery running and complete documentation throughout the production process.
