The Production Line Technician will be responsible for opening cheese cases and palletizing, and performing associated line tasks. Essential Duties: Assists in setting up equipment and preparing the area for operation. Opens cases and totes of cheese. Cuts and removes wrap from the cheese. Performs quality inspections of finished product. Boxes finished product. Bag, weigh jars or tubs, and label product.
