AERONES, a Global Leader in advanced Wind Turbine maintenance and robotics, is seeking a Wind Turbine Robotics Operator focused on Robotics services to join our U.S. Operations Team. This position is also known as Wind Field Technician. We specialize in cutting-edge robotic solutions that ensure safety, efficiency, and top-tier service for the wind energy industry.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to travel to wind farms across the country, with all accommodation and travel expenses fully covered by the Company. You will be performing inspections, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on wind turbines - ensuring peak performance and safety standards are met.
GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) and GWO Advanced Rescue Training (ART) Full certifications will be required to undertake the role.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Maintenance and operation of robotic systems used for cleaning, inspection, and repair of wind turbines.
Performing routine inspections on turbines to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
Preventative maintenance on wind turbines and associated systems to reduce downtime and maximize energy production.
Fault diagnosis and resolution of technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and technology.
Reporting and documentation of work completed, including identifying issues, repairs, and maintenance performed.
Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Run production on CNC machining center
* Check, and monitor the parts that are being run

* Deburr and blend all parts that are machined

The "Robot Operator" perform duties to operate machinery, produce finished product and package for shipping, while complying with instructions and prescribed routines, methods or procedures and making minor decisions. Here, you will make an impact by:
* Work from written order that give information such as to production type, material and how it is palletized.
* Perform highly complex operations involving the conversion of product to retail quality and away from home bathroom tissue and household towels.
* Set up multiple synchronized steps where settings are adjusted based on paper quality within tolerances and close. To include operating a hoist and pallet jack while loading parent rolls of paper in brackets. Reaching, stretching, pushing and pulling involved.
* May operate equipment through computer panel board to perform various tasks which may include roll diameters and lengths, perforation lengths, and lop saw functions.
* Perform quality check on product and wrapping at various critical points in the process.
* Determine grade of paper, perforation, perforation length, roll diameter, core color, lamination, edge embossing according to production requirements.
* May operate package equipment with poly or paper wrap, loaded and set up in accordance with production requirements. Including equipment to pack product in boxes.
* Make equipment adjusts to support maximum optimal efficiency.

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to support metal fabrication operations in a production environment. Brake Press experience is the top priority, though candidates with Laser or WaterJet experience will also be considered.
The Machine Operator will operate fabrication equipment, read blueprints, perform basic setups, and ensure parts meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate Brake Press machines to bend and form metal parts (preferred)
• Set up and operate Laser or WaterJet machines as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and quality checks
• Measure parts to ensure accuracy and meet specifications

Essential Job Functions:

* Maintain production flow on machinery by monitoring downstream and upstream issues, supplying raw materials to the equipment, and performing minor servicing if and when needed.
* Follow all Quality Assurance and Production line standard operating procedures.
* Follow standard operating procedures to perform equipment changeovers; ability to read imperial and metric measurements.
* Record all necessary information for production and quality records. Keep accurate downtime reports and documentation.
* Responsible for performing equipment and general sanitation in your work area or as assigned by leadership.
* Work closely with all departments to improve quality, increase efficiencies, and reduce waste.
* Ability to understand visual and auditory cues to identify production or machine related issues.
* Perform minor machine maintenance.
* Perform any other duties assigned by leadership including but not limited to cross training, general and plant sanitation, inventory management, training, etc.
Required Skills:
* Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment, beverage production experience preferred.
* Demonstrates the ability to gain a firm understanding of production machinery/forklifts, including an awareness of technical issues.
* Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
* Adeptness in basic mathematical abilities.
* Skill in understanding and interpreting gauges, thermometers, and weight measurements.
* Formal training in areas such as WHIMIS, HACCP, Hygiene etc. preferred.
* Forklift certification may be required.

* Work Environment: Operating in a fast-paced production plant with numerous moving parts. Noise levels require hearing protection and temperatures can get very hot and/or relatively cold. The environment is structured and supervised, with clear production targets and schedules to meet.
