(Relocation Available) Overview of this Position: The Pharmaceutical Operator (II) plays a critical role in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing by operating and maintaining isolator systems for aseptic filling processes. This position ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and supports the production of high-quality injectable drug products in a controlled environment. Non-Negotiable Requirements: • At least two (2) years of experience operating isolators in a sterile/aseptic manufacturing facility • At least two (2) years of experience in a GMP manufacturing facility • At least one (1) year of experience with routine cleaning, decontamination, and setup of isolators according to SOPs. •High School Diploma or GED Preferred Requirements: • Experience working with Master Control, and/or SAP. • Experience with cleanroom operations and environmental monitoring •Experience with automated filling equipment and troubleshooting isolator •Previous experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing •Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills •Bachelor's degree in biology and /or Life Sciences Responsibilities Include: •Operate isolator systems for aseptic filling of sterile injectable products •Perform routine cleaning, decontamination, and setup of isolators according to SOPs •Handle sterile components and materials in compliance with aseptic techniques •Complete batch records and controlled documentation accurately and timely •Monitor and document environmental conditions and equipment performance •Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to resolve issues and maintain compliance •Participating in training and continuous improvement initiatives •Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with GMP standards Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job. This specific role also involves on-site support for experimentation and fielded systems requiring a significant amount of extended travel, both domestic and international. Duties * Support development of computer vision and machine learning (ML) algorithms capable of object detection, classifying, localizing, and tracking objects of interest from a variety of stationary and mobile sensor platforms with the primary purpose of real-time automated target recognition (ATR) * Perform visual imagery data science to inform data collection, data labeling, and data selection for training deep computer vision ML algorithms, train the algorithms using the data, and validate data selection and algorithm design through a series of purpose-designed experiments. Identify and apply the correct information on the containers and or proper documents while following all fill off and safety procedures * Fill off approved batches ranging from 1 gallon to 5000 gallons into the proper shipping containers * Measure the amount of product into the correct container for proper yield, by weighing and/or measuring the weight of the material in the containers with the tools provided * Once containers are filled and all openings are closed and tightened, check for leaks around the ring, bungs, and chimes * Properly complete the batch ticket as instructed, label all containers, and number them in the sequence they were filled off * Once the batch ticket has been approved and signed by the supervisor, send the containers to the shipping department along with the batch ticket * Properly dispose of filters; wash out the pump; wash the tanks, filter housing, and hoses with the appropriate cleansing material * Properly label and stage all cleaning material in proper areas * Properly label and stencil all containers to satisfy customer and shipment requirements * Perform area housekeeping duties per expectations * Other duties as needed to complete production process Job Requirements Prior Manufacturing experience desired and Prior experience working in a paint manufacturing facility preferred!
