**Responsibilities**
+ Work with the line team to meet the daily production.
+ Will be required to do first piece inspection during the 1st hour of the day at their assigned station.
+ Meet daily production schedule.
+ Fill out necessary documentation

The primary purpose of this position is to load and unload bulk products, manufacture liquid products, and package finished products in non-bulk containers that meets the needs and quality of our customers.
The hours for this position are Friday-Sunday 6am-6:00pm CST.
Training will take place on 1st shift during the week for 2-4 months, but you'll still receive the shift premium during that time.
Primary responsibilities include:
The following responsibilities for the Production Department are general in nature. Responsibilities will vary among employees based on the area of the plant they may be working. The Production Manager or Shift Supervisor will assign any individual responsibilities that may be needed.
All containers are to be inspected inside and out prior to filling. (Read and follow Container Inspection and filling S.O.P.)
All reactors are to be cleaned prior to manufacturing products. (Follow GMP SOP's for Recordkeeping and Manufacturing Equipment Cleaning and Inspection.)
Prescribed safety equipment must be used and worn while filling and mixing (see Production Worksheet and PPE Certifications).
Each employee is responsible for ensuring the product meets all quality standards before product leaves the production area (this includes filtering of liquid products.).
All Production Department employees are responsible for the safety and cleanliness of the production areas.
All tank trucks must be inspected prior to loading and unloading. (Read and follow Tank Truck Bulk Loading and Tank Truck Unloading SOP's).
All paperwork must be reviewed before loading or unloading. (Read and follow Tank Truck Loading, Tank Truck Unloading, and Railcar Unloading SOP's).
Production schedules and Batch Records are to be reviewed to ensure correct raw materials are used and order of addition is followed.
Perform tote cleaning per procedure and maintain records for product service, tote testing in the prism tote tracking system.
Perform weekly area (as designated by supervisor) inspections, complete filter log, and all other logs, complete and hand in inspection checklist at required time.
Review Catalyst weekly for training requirements and have all training and sop's reviewed by the due date.
Attend all required training when scheduled unless absent from work.
Uphold Hydrite's Standard of Excellence through a continuous commitment to maintain quality facilities and provide quality products and services to internal and external customers
Perform all duties outlined in relevant SOPs and all other duties to be assigned.
Participate Emergency Response Team, RCRA, regulatory, health & safety and process training activities as required.

General Job Description
The position is supporting of quality and production department assuring the product quality meet required standards, through visual inspection and final product control, according to inspection methods (visual, RRO), verifying the conformity of the product, working according to technical norms, quality and safety procedures. Complete inspection activities and provide real-time feedback to responsible parties on adverse trends of product quality
Recommend any necessary adjustments and changes to production processes
Selection of tires for run out test, radial force variation test, disk/rim preparation, maintaining the machines, transportation of tires with forklifts or manually
Transport the tires to the repair area, prepare tools, grading of repaired tires
Painting of tires for final tire appearance
Maintain 5S standards in the workstation

Primary Responsibilities
Follow established fermentation procedures, make adjustments on the processes or processing equipment, manually or through a central processing computer.
Notify Supervisor of equipment failures and when major fermentation problems or variations in the process are detected.
Follow production schedule.
Follow established cleaning (CIP) and syrup/raw materials procedures.
Responsible for reading and understanding material safety data for chemicals used in fermentation process.
Follow all procedures/precautions when adding chemicals to fermentation process and working around chemicals.
Run the separation of the yeast after the fermentation.
Learn to comply with all established safety, GMP, and food safety rules of the plant as well as general company policies.
Verify accuracy of all information.
Record and maintain accurate written and electronic information for fermentation, separation, CIP's, or any other documents required by company to regulate parameters, procedures and equipment through basic laboratory analysis, simple calculations, and computer controls.
Communicate and interact with other employees, customers, and management personnel in a respectful and effective manner.
Follow syrup/molasses processes from start to end to minimize loss.
Train and work in other departments in the facility as needed. This may include truck-loading, packaging, cleaning for customer audits, and filling in for various absences throughout the facility. Work is assigned depending upon operational needs.

The ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 45 lbs.
The ability to stand or walk for an entire 10hr shift.

Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and the ability to work overtime as needed.

SHIFT:
1st Shift Hours are 6:00 AM- 4:30 PM, Monday thru Thursday.
3rd Shift Hours are 7:00 PM- 5:30AM, Sunday thru Wednesday.
Additional overtime may be scheduled on Friday if volumes dictate.
