Responsibilities:

Receive and stock product; repackaging; palletizing
Perform tank readings, customer pick-ups, LTL shipments.
Loads, fills and labels containers from bulk according to assignments
Picks and stages products to be according to the delivery schedule
Loads and properly secures products in delivery trucks
Unloads delivery trucks in an efficient manner and stores products in appropriate area
Completes and submits accurate records of products received and/or filled daily
Updates products that are loaded on all trucks and utilizes the load/unload slips
Retrieves and submits packing slips for products received
Operates forklift, hand truck, pallet and electric jack as needed
Maintains warehouse area and safety reports
Completes accurate inventory of products as needed
Adheres to all company policies and procedures
Interacts positively with all customers
Will be required to act in a professional manner at all times
Safely load/unload deliveries - the ability to lift/move up to 65lbs is required
Perform other related duties as assigned

**YOUR TASKS:**
+ **Machine Operation:** Operate curing presses and other machinery while ensuring the highest levels of precision and efficiency. Report issues promptly to your Department Head or Supervisor using established communication channels.
+ **Production Documentation:** Accurately complete daily production reports, including those related to productivity, quality control holds, material usage, and material movement.
+ **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all safety protocols, corporate policies, and internal procedures. Seek clarification from your Department Head or Supervisor when needed.

**THE ENVIRONMENT**
+ _4th Shift: Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 6:00am to 6:00pm with overtime as needed._
+ Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety shoes that are composite or steel toe at all times. Other required PPE includes, but is not limited to safety glasses, hearing protection and hand protection.
+ The job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.
+ The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.
**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE**
+ Intermediate computer skills required
+ High School Diploma or GED preferred
+ Strong attention to detail is critical, as defects in cured products can be challenging to repair.
+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.

JOB SUMMARY: Fabrication Production worker will work directly on a production line to ensure a product is de-boned, trimmed or cut to customer specifications. They will be responsible for being an example to other team members using a continuous improvement mentality and will work to perpetuate a “Creekstone Proud” culture through attitude and actions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Position requires individual to cut, trim, fabricate and package beef products in a production line setting. • Processing will involve use of a knife and hook to bone out or trim large pieces of product or may involve the
use of powered equipment such as saws or wizard knives.
• Work environment is cold and damp with temperatures of less than 45 degrees.
• It is a fast paced and physically demanding position • All other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: • Stand entire shift on concrete and/or elevated platform
• Lifting, pulling, pushing, or carry up to 60 lbs. for knife positions and 100 lbs. for non-knife positions on occasion
• Tolerate repetitive motion using your hands/wrist/arm/torso and legs
• Will be required to use the proper equipment to trim, debone, skin meat product.

The Machine Operator is an Individual Contributor responsible for the setup and operation of various pieces of equipment, including a straightener to straighten and square pole shafts, cutting equipment/machinery to ensure poles meet final length and diameter, press brake to form product and material handling equipment.
Essential Functions
Responsible for machine set up, including setting rollers to specified lengths, and verifying dimensions from shop drawings
Observe operation and periodically verify conformance of machined work to process sheet, specifications and blueprint data
Maintain the cleanliness of work area including all equipment and machinery
Use overhead crane to load/unload machinery
Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and work both in a non-temperature controlled environment and outdoors
Other duties as required and/or assigned
Important Details about the Role
Setup, operate, and perform general maintenance of equipment without difficulty
Make mathematical calculations in preparing product or setting up the machinery
Read and decipher blueprints and flat sheets without assistance
Accountable and responsible for essential tools and equipment provided along with the maintenance of these tools and equipment
Actively participates in department safety, demonstrates excellent safety practices and behaviors which conform to all Valmont safety policies and procedures
This position reports to the Production Supervisor
Required Qualifications of Every Candidate (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
The ability to calculate simple mathematics and interpret shop drawings
The ability to become Valmont trained and certified in the operation of an overhead crane
The ability to read a tape measure
The ability to recognize and solve practical problems or issues
The ability to work in a team environment with a diverse group of people
The ability to pay attention to detail and follow work instructions
The ability to meet production, safety, and quality standards in a high-paced working environment
The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with most frequent lift up to 20 pounds
High awareness for safety at all times
Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required in the production facility
