We are now hiring for production, shipping and sanitation trainees working on all shifts in our Zanesville, OH Bakery. Compensation and Benefits: HOURLY PAY RATE is $21.95 Medical/Dental/Vision insurance benefits available if you meet minimum hour's requirements to qualify the first of the month following 60 days. What to Expect: Associates in the production, sanitation, or shipping training program generally work 40-48 hours per week with the possibility of some overtime. There are two facilities (Airport and EastPointe) and production trainees will be required to work shifts at each plant. Production trainees can bid of Full-Time positions (position, shift and pay rate) after successfully completing the 60 days probationary period. Full Time bids are awarded to the successful bidder by seniority and qualifications. Uniforms are provided after 60 days. Associates are cross trained in all areas of production, sanitation, and shipping to become familiar with all the different jobs within the facility. Forklift experience is preferred. All new associates are evaluated and must successfully complete the 60-days probationary period. This includes being dependable with excellent attendance, perform all jobs safely and be an engaged associate willing to learn.
