What Does A Production Superintendent Do At North Alamo Water Supply Corporation

* Responsible for direction the Plant Operator Supervisor and Plant Operators regarding water production for the corporation to assure cost-effective and efficient production.
* Works with the Plant Operator Supervisor regarding the proper staffing of all Plants across all shifts to ensure adequate coverage at the Plants at all times.
* Coordinates with the Water Operations Manager to ensure integration with other departments within the Water Operations division to attain proper levels of output, productivity, and quality.
