What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production setting. Experience working with regulated materials is a plus. Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher preferred). Strong understanding of safety, quality control, and compliance standards.
