About the Role
The Manufacturing Supervisor, Deployables & Spacecraft is responsible for executing day-to-day production, ensuring high-quality build standards, and developing a team of high performing technicians.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of skilled manufacturing technicians involved in the assembly and integration of deployable structures and spacecrafts.

The Production Manager reports directly to the SpeedPro Imaging studio owner and is primarily responsible for producing various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the franchise's profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn-around times, high-quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
65% Printing and Production (including measuring, finishing and some installations)
15% Graphic Design
10% Inventory Management and Equipment Maintenance
10% Miscellaneous (i.e., studio upkeep and deliveries)
Core Functions:
Lead the printing and production of client orders
Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs and make the graphics print-ready
Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators and plotters
Conduct inventory and procurement*
*The team can help with the actual ordering of materials, so long as you provide a list of what is needed
Secondary Functions:
Graphic design services (unless outsourced)
Smaller graphic installations
Unloading/unpacking deliveries to the studio
Vehicle inspections and measurements; performing site surveys
Packing, labeling and shipping completed jobs; making deliveries
Utilization of CoreBridge software for estimates/quotes
Other Required Skills:
Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem-solving skills
Team player who can accept constructive criticism
Focus on quality assurance (ensuring the finished product is 100% correct before it leaves the studio)
Superior time management focus in order to achieve efficiencies and meet strict deadlines
Customer-service oriented (this is the lifeblood of SpeedPro Imaging)
Excellent communication skills, both internally and with customers
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ideal candidates will also possess:
2+ years of designing/working with vehicle graphics and templates
Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in graphic design (or similar program)
Compensation and Benefits:
$18-25/hr (based on experience) + overtime pay when required
