This is a full-time position in a 24x7 operations environment, subject to on-call, nights, alternating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Accelerate your career with our 6-month training program that begins with a one-week orientation at our Fort Worth headquarters, where you'll immerse yourself in BNSF culture and connect with industry leaders.
Next, spend two non-consecutive months at our Technical Training Center in Overland Park to sharpen your technical and personnel management skills. During this time, we'll focus on developing you as a safety and operations leader:
* The safety leader phase will provide you with knowledge of operating and safety rules. You'll then receive on-the-job training where you'll observe and learn from train crews in the field, strengthening the knowledge gained in the classroom. This position requires that all EFLS must obtain their rules qualification by week 12 of the 26-week training program.
* The operations leader phase will teach you the program and leadership skills needed to successfully navigate on-the-job training at your assigned training location for the remainder of the program.
By the end of the program, you'll have gained valuable technical skills and leadership abilities that will propel your career forward.
Travel and Relocation is required for this program, Trainees must be flexible with their location, as they could be moved depending on business needs. Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Key responsibilities may include:
Leading safety briefings and ensuring compliance with Federal Railroad Administration and BNSF rules as well as conducting safety meetings, investigate accidents, monitor costs, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Facilitating crew discussions on safety, managing compliance with attendance policies, and conducting operational audits while riding trains.
Assisting crews with personnel paperwork, vacation requests, and providing transportation for timely operations.
Corresponding with customers regarding shipments and planning the movement of cars, locomotives, and crews within terminals in addition to coordinating with various departments to execute the operations plan and provide efficient service.
Implementing policies, supervise employees, and manage daily train and switching operations.
Possess leadership, teamwork, clear communication, adaptability, and resilience to overcome obstacles and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Daily work is conducted in a mixed indoor office and outdoor safety-sensitive environment, where working conditions can include diverse and extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, and sleet), walking and performing work on uneven surfaces, and working around loud noises, fumes, and heavy/moving machinery. Personal protective equipment, a hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves are required and provided by BNSF.

Basic Qualifications:

Have a high school degree or achieved a degree through a GED program.

Job Description:

QualificationsdEducation and Experience:
A minimum of 8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations with at least 2+ years of that experience in food & beverage, food B2B, or other industries with adjacent manufacturing processes
Worked in a variety of manufacturing roles, including quality control, production, maintenance, purchasing, inventory management and logistics
Any relevant certifications related to manufacturing operations and / or quality control preferred but not a requirement

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a results-driven Distribution Supervisor to lead our overnight delivery operations. You will manage drivers, uphold safety and compliance standards, and ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery of food products. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in DOT compliance, route operations, and driver development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivery Oversight: Lead a team of drivers to meet on-time delivery standards and route performance KPIs.
Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with DOT, HACCP, FSMA, and internal audit standards.
Team Development: Train and coach leads and drivers on safety, equipment use, customer service, and E.A. Sween best practices.
Safety Enforcement: Promote a safety-first culture; reduce incidents and enforce all company safety policies.
Customer Satisfaction: Build strong store relationships, address complaints promptly, and conduct route audits to ensure service quality.
Additional Duties: Complete other assignments that support operational goals as directed by leadership.
SCHEDULE
4-day workweek - Night Shift (Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat)
PAY TRANSPARENCY
Compensation (Salary): Target salary range is $72,000 - $79,000 annually, consistent with our internal compensation framework.
Grade: This position is classified as Grade 13.
Full pay range: $62,606 - $93,962 DOE.
Incentive: Eligible for an incentive bonus up to 5% of annual salary, prorated based on start date.
Final pay will be determined by experience, skills, internal equity, and available budget.
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000.
QUALIFICATIONS
21 years of age or older.
Valid Driver's License.
Previous driving and customer service experience required.
Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience in delivery, warehouse, or transportation.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Able to pass a physical exam, background check, drug screen, and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Overview: The End of Line Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring the successful final assembly, testing, and delivery of autonomous surface vessels. End of Line Operations Supervisor:
Oversee the final assembly, testing, and quality assurance of autonomous surface vessels.
Assist in coordinating all end-of-line activities to ensure vessels are completed on time, meet required specifications, and pass all performance and safety tests.
Supervise final system integration, ensuring all hardware and software components are properly configured and function as intended.
Lead team in any corrective efforts so that timelines are met.
Quality Control and Assurance:

Stay up to date on relevant industry standards and best practices for autonomous vehicle production and testing.
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Experience with autonomous vehicles, unmanned systems, maritime systems, or defense-related technologies preferred.
