Key Roles & Responsibilities: The Operations Lead performs all store opening, closing, and Front-End processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution, and operational readiness, providing troubleshooting, team management, conditioning, and housekeeping, while ensuring building, assets, and team member security. The OL coordinates directly with the Operations Manager to maximize staffing effectiveness that supports traffic, sales, and the customer experience, including compliance with Company timekeeping policies, meeting labor model standards, customer interaction standards, and business metrics. The OL participates in Task Management by planning/executing the daily/weekly zone workload and assigning tasks to deliver on store, department, sales goals, guest engagement, etc., and ensures all tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner. The Operations Lead supports the store team in the areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention expense control, and customer experience so the store will operate effectively and profitably. The OL Drives productivity by training, coaching, planning, monitoring, and appraising results. The Operations Lead leverages daily interactions and team huddles to communicate and teach/train topics that support the customer experience. The operations Lead participates in all freight processes for incoming freight and/or transitions The OL processes freight, and stocks, including down stocking and end cap maintenance, while maintaining a neat, clean, organized store.
