ESSENTIAL/MAJOR ELEMENTS OF POSITION Supervises coiling, spring cutting, welding and assembly operations by following established procedures and approved supervisory processes. Reviews production schedules, Engineering specifications, orders and related information which will dictate the manufacturing methods, procedures and activities to be employed. Ensures that machine operators are operating equipment safely as well as meeting quality control and reliability standards. Administers and executes policies, procedures and practices that affect employees supervised. Occasionally, the incumbent will be asked and expected to perform various, miscellaneous and non-standard duties as required. Such duties are diversified in nature and may be changed from time to time to suit the needs of the company. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Necessary to Successfully Perform this Position: Motivational and team building skills. Knowledge of functions and limitations of cutting and welding operations Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tool designs. Knowledge of automated equipment, encompassing tool nomenclature and uses, material composition understanding, comprehension of basic function of fixtures and familiarity with inspecting and checking methods. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to problem solve independently or as part of a team. Good interpersonal skills Understanding of Lean manufacturing practices. Position Summary The Data & Systems Operations Lead ensures that Tri-Lakes Cares operational data systems and tools function reliably. This role focuses on how data is captured, recorded, and maintained at the point of service, so that accurate and complete information is available for reporting, compliance, and decision-making. This role takes ownership of TLCs internally developed operational tools, with responsibility for improving, redesigning, or replacing them as TLCs needs evolve. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Supervises assigned employees. Supervisory duties include, but are not limited to: Management and coaching of assigned employees, workload prioritizing, performance evaluations, review and approval of timesheets, disciplinary documentations, worker's compensation paperwork and employee safety issues. Responsible for submitting monthly reports to regulatory agencies. Coordinates with the Water Production & Distribution Manager to maintain adequate water levels and efficient water production output. Responsible for and may collect daily samples of chemical and biological concentrations, perform multiple laboratory tests, maintain accurate laboratory records, and make routine process control changes. Ensures that required daily permit related tests are completed and reviews parameters. Performs quality control on data entry and lab results. Records data required for regulatory and operational reporting on the physical changes made to plants, wells, tanks and booster stations. Data recorded includes, but not limited to: Alarms, adjustments made, troubleshooting, equipment rotations, and instrument readings. Inputs data into database, generates trending reports and generates raw data for monthly departmental reports. Compiles information necessary to prepare additional reports as directed. Verbally reports emergency and major malfunctions to the Water Production & Distribution Manager and initiates proper action per procedures. Performs appropriate follow-up procedures. Works independently and with the team to ensure all Federal, State and Local regulations are met. Calculates chemical orders based on technical expertise and standard operating procedures.
