Serve as the primary liaison among the District Directors and Central Office staff on Production Management matters. Maintain this information throughout the Fiscal Year and create tools to produce required reports, maps, and correspondence.
Perform highly advanced engineering and technical work, including independent engineering analysis, in the development, evaluation, and maintenance of processes and tools to manage project controls for projects in the Five-Year Work Program. Responsible for the planning, resource allocation, implementation scheduling, Quality Assurance of tools, requirements verification, training and operational coordination of data and processes to manage project controls for Capacity Improvement, Resurfacing and Rehabilitation Bridge Replacement, Bridge Repair and other Transportation Facility Improvement projects. Effectively communicate and coordinate with stakeholders and technical staff while ensuring the preservation and integrity of the engineering process. Coordinate with other offices in the use of disparate means and methods to attain homogeneous and coherent practices and data across disciplines. Evaluate and bring any proposed changes causing conflicts with existing engineering processes, production commitments or financial commitments to the attention of the District Program Management Administrator.
Coordinate with department managers of functional areas including Planning and Environmental Management, Procurement, Design, Structures, Utilities, Drainage, Project Management, Materials, Survey, Mapping, Right of Way, Traffic Operations, Construction, Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI), Maintenance, Freight, Logistics and Passenger Operations (FLPO) and Local Programs to establish engineering and managerial guidelines for PSEE users. Input and manage the assignment of user privileges in PSEE for the District. Provide assistance to users when problems and/or concerns with the PSEE application arise and provide feedback to the development teams regarding these issues. Coordinate, develop, and present PSEE training material to PSEE users in the District on current and new procedures and tools as needed. Act as the District liaison for all PSEE product development with Central Office.
Oversee the establishment, generation, and distribution of reports from scheduling related databases for District Directors, Department Managers, project managers and staff as requested. Serve as the custodian of rules applicable to District Production practices. Create, monitor and review the monthly update reports.
Supervise, plan, organize, coordinate and schedule assigned work for employees. Motivate employees on the performance of their duties. Participate in application selection and hiring process. Provide procedural and technical training, and counseling. Prepare employee evaluations and perform/recommend corrective and/or disciplinary actions.

Reports to: Chief of Operations The Production Manager maintains delegated approval from the Chief of Operations for the day-to-day oversight and management of personnel, equipment, tooling, and infrastructure related to the planned operations and activity. The role involves ensuring compliance with Quality and Health and Safety Policy by the undertaking of Risk Assessments and method statements. The role will require you to liaise with other departments to meet the Production plan in accordance with the LCI RSM, QCM, and policies and procedures.
This position requires a process-driven and forward-thinking individual who can review current process to identify and implement improvements, training requirements and resources to achieve customer satisfaction and corporate goals. This individual must have experience in managing a commercial aviation MRO or repair shop.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ensuring facilities appropriate to complete the planned work, including workshop and storage. · Ensuring sufficient competent personnel to plan, perform, supervise, and certify the work being performed in accordance with RSM and QCM.· Ensuring tools, equipment and materials are available and serviceable to perform the planned tasks.· Providing necessary support to ensure engine shop operates in line with the FAA145/ EASA standards.· Ensuring that maintenance procedures are established and adhered to within the organization.· Providing day to day management support associated with the maintenance activities.· Ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, plus customer and supplier contracts.· Continued assessment, development and training of personnel.· Ensuring the proper production and accuracy of maintenance records.· Ensure that the operations are following company procedures and federal, state, and local laws with regards to facilities, environment and personnel. · Displays a positive attitude to change and encourage this attitude within the team.· Full engagement in the Production System actively engaging the workshop team for participation and engagement in a positive and supportive work environment. · Conduct all team members Performance Reviews.· Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline all his/her department personnel according to LCI policy.

Position Summary
We're hiring a Sewing & Manufacturing Supervisor to join our high-performance Products Division. This role combines industrial sewing and textile fabrication with hands-on mechanical assembly and interpretation of technical drawings. You will help fabricate and assemble TACREV's advanced ballistic, textile, and fabricated products, including both in-house prototypes and full-scale production units. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Sewing and Manufacturing Assembly Processes and Employees.
- Operate industrial sewing machines and laser cutters to fabricate textile components.
- Stitch Cordura fabric, webbing, hook & loop, and complex textile assemblies.
- Read and interpret 3D models, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Assemble machined, composite, and textile-based components.
- Collaborate with engineers and product developers to refine designs and production workflows.
- Interface with suppliers and subcontractors to coordinate materials and outsourced components.
- Follow strict quality control and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or mechanical assembly.
- Skilled in operating industrial sewing equipment and cutting tools.
- Proficient in reading and creating technical drawings from 3D CAD models (SolidWorks experience is a plus).
- Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
- Experience assembling both mechanical and textile products.

- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities
Assigning repair work to technicians and supervising the workflow to complete vehicle repairs within specific target dates
Provide daily supervision and direction to all production staff members
Dispatch all work assignments to production personnel according to ability
Responsible for ensuring that all repairs are completed correctly/accurately the first time in adherence with industry and Classic Collision standards
Schedule all sublet work in a timely manner
Meet with each technician daily to discuss work assignments and schedules creating a plan of accountability and time driven completions for each stage of production.

Maintain information within CCC1 to reflect vehicle status. Ensure information is always current & accurate
Monitor work quality and provide day-to-day feedback and coaching to technician staff creating a team environment for both body & paint.

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Experience in auto repair industry or managing a team
Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
