Position Summary
Production Managers are crucial members of our operations team. Production Managers lead the frontline crews to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety while creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position oversees production planning, scheduling, cost estimation, materials procurement, and is directly involved with the hiring and training of crew members. Partnering with Account Manager and customers to perform landscape quality audits to review landscape quality, task execution, identify maintenance needs, and recommend enhancement opportunities
Creating detailed job service plans for each client, leveraging Aspire software system
Providing production planning, oversight and guidance to supervisors and team members on client jobsites to drive customer satisfaction with timely and effective service
Identifying opportunities to improve production methods and provide additional training to team members
Understanding and contributing to profitability goals through proper planning of monthly operations, including management of labor and materials costs and review of financial reports and results
Overseeing hiring and staffing needs of the business to ensure teams are appropriately staffed.
Demonstrating ongoing leadership of a safety-oriented culture and hold all team members accountable for following safety procedure
Continuously mentoring supervisors to lead teams and develop crew member talent

Duties/Responsibilities
Follow Current Tool shop procedure / system for IATF requirement.
Die assembly / disassembly planning on daily basis.
Check die availability & readiness on daily basis.
Send die to vendor for repair & communicate changes.
Keep track & document all changes for repairing dies.
Modifying tool as required for production.
Keep Tool life tracking sheet updated.
Adopt new CMMS system for tool order.
Training of Tool shop Manpower.
Tool spare part management.
SAP knowledge
Die steel machining knowledge.
Knowledge of 3D GOM /FARO scanning
5S knowledge of Tool shop.
Availability for weekends if required for production
Kaizens for tool repetitive issues.
Monitor downtime due to tooling & implement corrective actions.
Required Skills/Abilities:
