    Job Description The Forge Tool & Die Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all activities related to the design, maintenance, repair, and storage of dies and tooling within the facility. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily operations of the Tool & Die department within the forging area, setting priorities to support production schedules. Design, modify, and repair forging dies, tooling, and fixtures to maintain operational efficiency. Maintain accurate electronic and physical inventories of dies, tooling, and related documentation. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, including proper handling of tooling and spill prevention. Oversee the organization, storage, and identification of dies to improve throughput and reduce production delays. Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and production instructions to support tooling accuracy. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to Tool & Die staff to strengthen team capabilities. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements. Evaluate tooling performance, recommend equipment upgrades or modifications, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
