As a member of Garver's growing Harlingen Water Infrastructure Design Center, the CAD Production & Design Leader will be responsible for leading the drafting and design for projects while mentoring Designers and Technicians. The Production & Design Leader will also be responsible for leading the production of 3D models and maintaining Civil3D/BIM/MicroStation standards for Garver's Water Infrastructure Design Center. The Production & Design Leader will collaborate with multiple teams of engineers, other production & design leaders, designers, and technicians to produce drawings on various Water Business Line (WBL) projects. This role in the Water Infrastructure Design Center is one that is central to project delivery through our many offices and utilizes the latest design software/technologies, predominantly Revit, Civil3D, and MicroStation software. Typical projects in design include civil, process mechanical, structural, building mechanical, and architectural designs for water and wastewater facilities. Primary responsibilities of the Production & Design Leader will include:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects

Within a division, the Operations Supervisor - Hauling Operations is responsible for supervising the collections activities in one or more lines of business (commercial, residential, roll-off (industrial) and/or container delivery and pick up) in a geographically dispersed area. The Operations Supervisor oversees drivers and helpers and works with the Operations Manager and General Manager to implement tactical initiatives to drive functional excellence and budget achievement. The Operations Supervisor ensures adherence to all accident prevention programs and leads operations to ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, operating, regulatory, accounting, ethics, and other standards. Responsibilities include the execution and delivery of Safety, Customer Experience, and Efficiency while supporting a culture of employee engagement.

Duties:
Must possess a willingness to accept the most effective role.
Provides guests with exceptional service
Attends, participates, and completes all park-wide and departmental orientations, trainings, and meetings.
Reports to work on time and begins to prepare workstation without instruction from management.
Adheres to and enforces all park policies set forth by Beach Park.
Cleans workstations and surrounding areas during/after shift is over and returning all items to proper areas. This includes but is not limited to taking out trash, cleaning windows, and sweeping.
Communicates with guests, which includes greeting guests, informing guests of park policies/general park information and directing guests to all park locations, in person to over the phone.
Places wristbands on guest and checks their bags and ice chests as guests enter the park.
Runs and balances a cash register in an honest, organized, efficient, safe, proper, and courteous manner at the direction of the manager.
Responds to guest's concerns and provide refunds, if needed.
Facilitates staff shift breaks and maintains adequate documentation.
Dispatches cashiers and greeters throughout the day to various locations within the park to ensure proper staffing levels.
Conducts interviews and makes hiring decisions.
Facilitates training for employees.
Regularly visits all Admissions areas to ensure that cashiers and greeters are not in need of any supplies, including but not limited to money, wristbands, pens, receipt paper, plastic containers, and spoons throughout the day.
Regularly communicates with Staff Services regarding staff counseling, attendance and terminations.
Evaluates staff performance and provides feedback/coaching.
Regularly maintains safe cash levels in all park cashier drawers.
Reconciles all cashiers' tills.
Runs and balances cash room in an honest, organized, efficient, safe, proper, and courteous manner at the direction of the manager.
Makes guest service and satisfaction a priority in every aspect of their job.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be friendly and outgoing with a high customer service acumen.
Must be willing and able to work long summer hours, holidays and weekends throughout the year.
Must be honest, reliable, cooperative, personable, and knowledgeable.
Must be able to use scissors in a safe and efficient manner.
Must be able to pass a basic math/Beach Park cashiering test.
Must have at least 1 year experience at Beach Waterpark.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand with or without movement for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods of time, as they may be exposed to rain, sun and high and low temperatures.
Must be able to bend, push up to 50lbs and lift up to 50lbs.
Must frequently use arms, hands and fingers to reach and handle tools and controls.
