We have a Women's Center with a level 3 NICU. RTs will attend deliveries and care for babies who are admitted to the NICU receiving respiratory care
We have a pulmonary function lab (PFT) where RTs perform outpatient and inpatient PFTS
We perform inpatient EKGs on the general care floors, occasionally outpatient (shared service with cardiology)
We manage GE Carescape R860 vents, Servo I vents, Drager VN500 and HFOV NICU vents, Phillips V60, Bubble CPAP, REMstar CPAP, Smart Vest, and Airvo
We perform bronchoscopy assistance with Glidescope disposable bronchs

The Sr. Production Technician operates, troubleshoots, and maintains advanced manufacturing equipment while completing work orders. This role requires technical expertise and the ability to apply lean tools for continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
Machine Setup & Troubleshooting: Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize advanced production equipment and processes.
Operations & Production: Start up, operate, and shut down advanced machinery to produce high-quality finished products.
Process Improvement & Documentation: Collaborate with engineering to evaluate system effectiveness, develop procedures, and create training materials.
Quality Control: Address production quality issues, escalating unresolved concerns to supervisors or quality teams.
Waste Reduction: Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, complete A3 improvement plans, and participate in Kaizen events.
What You Will Bring
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience: 5+ years of related manufacturing experience working with injection molding.
Technical Aptitude: Skilled in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining advanced machinery, tools, and assemblies.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, mathematical skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
Shift: Availability to work 12 hour shift, 6a-6pm.

The Production Manager oversees and coordinates multiple installation crews completing foundation repair, waterproofing and concrete restoration tasks according to quality standards and company specifications. The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring that crews are appropriately prepared for each job with the proper materials, equipment, labor and instructions necessary to complete a timely, professional installation that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervises and directs multiple installation crews during the installation process
Communicates with the General Manager to ensure proper lead time for hiring that anticipates turnover, seasonality of business and sales growth
Regularly evaluates crew performance to ensure the optimal deployment of labor assets to each job relative to the complexity of the task and the capability of the crew assigned to each
Ensures ongoing training and development of the production team so that all personnel are apprised of the latest company-approved techniques for completing duties
Reviews safety regularly to ensure that each member of the production team remains healthy and safe during all tasks
Partners with the service team to ensure appropriate customer follow-up after installation including warranty work, maintenance agreement commitments and maximization of additional servicing opportunities
Coordinates with Production office staff, Permit Administrator and Office Manager to ensure compliance with governmental regulations and permitting requirements as well as to implement and drive production efficiencies
It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.

Qualifications
3+ years of supervisory experience in one or more of the construction trades
Knowledge of terminology, installation methods and best practices in the foundation repair, construction, and/or concrete restoration industry
Knowledge of inventory and procurement practices
Ability to interpret complex information or instructions into understandable job specifications, measurements, instructions and standards
Working Conditions
This position is manual and requiring degree of oversight to crews, in nature. This position requires on occasion lifting, pushing, pulling and/or carrying objects up to and around 25 lbs or more. and may require walking and standing for extended periods of time
Seeing with the ability to read reports, data, statistics and information on computer screens are required.

What you'll be doing:
Provide direct supervision, motivation and leadership to our team of technical specialists.
Allocate work assignments, set project priorities, oversee employee schedules, attendance and establish performance standards.
Oversee all aspects of engineering production and provide forward thinking ideas and direction to the team to meet and exceed yearly goals.
Drive change and process improvement for server / storage production process.
Establish and maintain production productivity standards ensuring accountability, employee safety and security.
Assist the Director of Operations in establishing and ensuring server / storage production meets ISO and QA goals.
Ensure all products for open sales orders are properly prioritized to ensure production goals are met.
Assist the Director of Operations and other production managers as directed in the operations
Work collaboratively to implement Environmental Health & Safety compliance guidelines.

What we're looking for:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of two years' experience supervising a team in a technical environment.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to identity problems, use logic to address issues and problems and recommend alternative solutions.
Ability to learn technical information quickly.
Must be very reliable and able to work extended hours as required.
Previous experience managing a quality improvement program is a plus.
