Position Summary:
You will be responsible for manufacturing at acceptably efficient levels, meeting production schedules, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, maintaining employee morale, and any employee relation issues.
Essential Functions:
Enforce safety regulations, investigate accidents, complete accident reports as required and eliminate potential and actual safety hazards.
Maintain a complete understanding of emergency response plans in the event of spills or other similar disasters.
Must adhere to the specific facilities safety process and procedures and follow all PPE requirements. Report all safety injuries and incidents to your supervisor and EH&S department immediately.
Ensure production quality expectations are met.
Responsible for understanding all aspects of production schedule.
Understand shift production requirements and hold daily meetings to share information with direct reports.
Assign employees to specific work stations and tasks.
Advise management of equipment and staffing requirements.
Maintain housekeeping standards.
Interface with other supervisors on all operations, staffing, and miscellaneous issues.
Run daily cycle counts. Input inventory transactions and monitor LN for accuracy. Responsible for physical inventory, directs cycle counting, and full physical inventories when required.
Assure the following shift is properly stocked with supplies and that materials are in sufficient quantities on the production floor to assure a smooth start-up.
Responsible for ensuring ISO standards and procedures are followed.
Review and approve time card hours in the timekeeping system by 8:30am every Monday morning.
Communicate improper equipment operation or downtime to maintenance and coordinate required repairs.
Perform annual evaluations and administer training for production employees.
Monitor employee performance, coach, council, motivate, and discipline as necessary.
Secure and lock facility when applicable.
Enforce all company policies and regulations.
Follow all environmental rules and regulations to ensure hazardous materials and waste are managed in an environmentally responsible manner as required by procedure.
May be required to train and certify employees on proper use of forklifts.
Perform additional duties as assigned
Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years Supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
May have to occasionally travel to other facilities or training events.

# Project Overview:
Louisiana LNG is located approximately 11 miles southwest of Lake Charles, Louisiana. The project includes a mid-scale, mixed-refrigerant Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on the west side of the Calcasieu River. There are five identical process plants. Each process plant consists of one gas pre-treatment unit, one condensate stabilization unit, and four Chart heavy hydrocarbon (HHC) removal and liquefaction groups. The facility will include associated utilities, refrigerant storage, three 235,000m3 full-containment LNG storage tanks, and three marine berths.

This role will initially report to the VP of Integrated Production Excellence
This role will be responsible for optimizing the Availability and Performance of the Calcasieu Pass (CP) Facility LNG Liquefaction Trains and support the overall CP Facility Production System Optimization efforts.
Responsibilities:
Set CP Facility LNG Trains Production daily targets, define operating limits and engage with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering to develop the Production Plan for the day.
Build and maintain Real time, online, surveillance and monitoring models to optimize the Availability and Performance of the CP Facility LNG Liquefaction Trains
Perform Analysis to detect deviations from Live Operating Envelope Limits and identify the actions required to safely and reliably maximize LNG rundown.
Identify short-, medium- and long-term Availability and Reliability improvement initiatives to maximize LNG rundown using insights from Real time System and Physics-based/data-driven models.
Identify Production risks that could impact Availability and Reliability and develop mitigation plans to address them
Provide input to the weekly and monthly Production reviews and follow up on any actions required to improve the performance of the CP Facility LNG Trains
Identify the CP Facility LNG Trains production loss events and engage with the relevant stakeholders (including but not limited to Engineering, Maintenance, Operations) to review, validate, report and manage production losses in a timely manner to maximize Availability and Reliability
Lead or be part of EIRs (Engineering Investigation Requests) and MoCs (Management of Change) required to improve the CP Facility LNG Trains performance.
Lead or be part of the CP Facility LNG Trains Production loss RCAs when required.
Gather the required assumptions on LNG Trains performance and provide timely input to the Forecast and Annual Delivery Plan process.
Support the Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) process and provide all the required input and analysis as required
Support the development of Integrated Production Excellence standards and procedures.
Capture Lessons Learned from the CP Facility and provide input to other Venture Global LNG projects / sites as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Process, Production Engineering
Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Production Engineer with a demonstrated track record of Production performance improvement.
Oil and Gas experience is required, with strong preference in LNG, however, petrochemical, NGL, cryogenic natural gas processing, or other hydrocarbon processing experience may be acceptable.

Position Summary:
You will be responsible for manufacturing at acceptably efficient levels, meeting production schedules, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, maintaining employee morale, and any employee relation issues.
Essential Functions:

* Responsible for ensuring ISO standards and procedures are followed.
* Review and approve time card hours in the timekeeping system by 8:30am every Monday morning.
* Communicate improper equipment operation or downtime to maintenance and coordinate required repairs.
* Perform annual evaluations and administer training for production employees.
* Monitor employee performance, coach, council, motivate, and discipline as necessary.
* Secure and lock facility when applicable.
* Enforce all company policies and regulations.
* Follow all environmental rules and regulations to ensure hazardous materials and waste are managed in an environmentally responsible manner as required by procedure.
* May be required to train and certify employees on proper use of forklifts.
* Perform additional duties as assigned

Louisiana LNG is located approximately 11 miles southwest of Lake Charles, Louisiana. The project includes a mid-scale, mixed-refrigerant Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on the west side of the Calcasieu River. There are five identical process plants.
