Serve as escalation point for complex customer/order issues; ensure professional, timely resolution. Oversee EDI transactions; troubleshoot and resolve document errors for assigned accounts. Partner with Sales, Supply Planning, and Logistics to clear order blocks, align ship plans, and ensure OTIF delivery.
