Responsibilities include operating and cleaning of equipment, completion of production and quality related documentation in a clear concise manner and maintaining a sanitary working environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for supervising daily operation of product receiving, separators, membrane filtration, pasteurization, drying, warehouse, and packaging. • Monitor product specifications to ensure target goals are being achieved. • Identify and resolve process and equipment problems, using available resources to maintain productivity and quality. • Manage employees' performance through establishing expectations, holding people accountable and developing a sense of urgency understanding when addressing operational needs or problems. • Completes and follows up on production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, and monitoring progress. • Participate in activities such as training and safety programs to enhance the overall effectiveness of the work area involved. • Monitor the performance of the equipment to ensure product results are within customer specifications.
