Job Purpose
The Production Supervisor of Hampton Farms is involved in the manufacture of food products intended for the consumer. This person provides a critical position in Hampton Farms' food quality and safety for producing our peanut products. The Supervisor is aware of the risks involved with regard to maintaining Hampton Farms' quality standards, proper packaging, proper labeling, proper inspection of all receiving and shipments, and all correct and accurate documentation. The Supervisor is trained in various areas pertaining to the job required.

Responsibilities
* Monitor products that are running during each shift
* Sign and verify all products with quality supervisor and/or manager
* Monitor paperwork by Operators (quality documents, metal detector sheets, roasting peanuts report, and weight check sheets)
* Monitor incoming products such as raw peanuts, packaging materials, and ingredients
* Help Quality Manager and Supervisor monitor HACCP, SQF requirements, operating procedures
* Food Safety Sanitation.
* Determine if a product needs to be put on hold - document when a product goes on hold or if a product is reworked.
* Help with internal audits (SQF, Food Defense, Chemical Audits, GMP audits)
* Occasionally provide and coordinate plant tours with customers and/or visitors
* Maintain awareness of warehouse programs (shipping, receiving, and storage)

Production Operator
The primary purpose of this position is Food Processing and Industrial liquid and dry product manufacturing, blending and packaging.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Blending and packaging of liquid and dry chemicals in a GMP environment, following the appropriate SOP's and donning the specified personal protective equipment (PPE).
Inspection, cleaning, and filling of drums and totes.
Loading and unloading of tank trucks and railcars, following the appropriate SOP's.
Cleaning and inspection of blenders and reactors.
Careful review of worksheets and entry of Production Schedules.
Washing, sanitizing and testing of portable tanks/totes for reuse.
Operation of machinery as directed by supervisor.
Attend all mandatory training.
Complete all paperwork accurately, neatly, and according to SOP.
Practice good housekeeping of your work area and other areas as assigned.
Participate in regulatory and process training activities as required and review changes/additions with your supervisor.
All staff members are responsible for reporting food safety problems to their supervisor or the SQF Practitioner upon observation of a known or potential issue.

Type of wares: quality of goods
Possible safety hazard and
Any offensive odors

Work closely and in frequent communication with the General Store Manager and the Operations Team Leaders at their locations.
Assist processors in recognizing items that may be collectable or have a higher than usual value. When determination is made of collectible or very high-quality merchandise, merchandise will be placed in store as directed by General Manager.
Lead and encourage production work force
Keep production equipment in proper working order. Notify Director of Retail promptly of any defects.
Ensures that all financial paperwork including, but not limited to, production logs, inventories, and other assigned work is properly completed and in a timely manner.
Enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
Observe and report verbally and in writing to General Store Manager any suspicious activity which includes, but is not limited to, possible theft issues and employee relations issues from staff.
Responsible for all documentation such as: Production log, Incident reports, Absentee reports
Maintain good housekeeping, keeping walkways and aisles clear of hazards at all times and inspecting on an hourly basis. Ensure that all work stations and entire Production areas are clean and organized for the next day. Ensure that all supplies necessary are at the work stations to ensure efficiency.
Adhere to all Goodwill policies, procedures and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers
All other duties as assigned.

Stantec is seeking a safety-focused leader with field experience (preferably in construction) to supervise construction quality assurance (CQA) at a mine reclamation project in northern New Mexico beginning January 2026. This person will work onsite daily, directing a team that verifies that construction meets design specifications while working alongside the client and various contractors. This is a full-time onsite role with a minimum 2-year commitment, with potential to extend beyond. Qualified candidates will have relevant field experience and a degree in engineering or geology; an associate's degree with strong surveying skills; a professional surveying license; or comparable, relevant work experience meeting job requirements. This role includes leadership, daily interaction with a great client, and seeing years of geotechnical engineering and mine reclamation design fully implemented.
Potential compensation is excellent, with employees regularly receiving 10 or more hours of overtime per week in addition to a housing allowance, meal per diem, and use of a company provided vehicle, all while living and working near picturesque Taos, New Mexico, which is known for its skiing, biking, hiking, fishing and rafting opportunities.
This position will be expected to identify problems, deficiencies, and design deviations, and develop potential courses of action to address these issues, while communicating and articulating them to the client, construction contractor, and Stantec leadership. Strong leadership of the Stantec CQA field team is essential to the success of this position and will involve delegation of tasks based upon the skills of team-members, clear communication, and attention to detail. This position will require:

**1st Shift 5am-1:30pm** Performs work as part of a team in an industrial laundry facility. Responsible for the safe, expeditious, and accurate handling of merchandise into and/or out of the laundry facility. - Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Prepares appropriate numbers of daily slings or carts/carriers for the wash floor; Verifies merchandise type and quantity on PUC card; segregates like items together in a sling; Identifies counts, and totals ruin or damaged merchandise and records on the PUC card; Maintains safe and clean work environment, and observes best practices in all production activities; Other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to understand all required training, written, and verbal instructions; Working knowledge of basic math skills; Good verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Ability to meet attendance schedule.
- Working Environment/Safety Requirements:
Work is performed in a warehouse setting and regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, extreme heat and cold conditions as well as dust and noise. Work is based on a shift schedule, and may include weekends. Overtime required as needed. Physical Requirements Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions; Requires the ability to move or maneuver slings or carriers weighing up to 220 lbs; Requires the ability to move, lift, carry, push, or pull product weighing up to 50 lbs; Requires bending, reaching, pulling, and pressing at shoulder level and below waist area; Requires the use of hands for grasping and other manipulations; Requires standing and walking for long periods of time.
