JOB SUMMARY
Reports to Production Manager and is responsible for directing the activities of shift production personnel in a safe and efficient manner for the desired quality and quantity of work. Ensures compliance with all safety, ISO, SQF and Berry standards and procedures.

Accurately completes any Quality Hold documentation prior to end of shift.

Recommends the hiring, discipline and termination of shift personnel.

Roles & Responsibilities
* Verify batching orders received from dispatch facility.
* Batches concrete mix according to customer requests and design specifications.
* Accurately loads ready mix trucks for delivery as scheduled
* Maintains an accuracy of driver and customer ticket order scheduling
* Coordinates incoming materials and maintain proper inventory levels as needed.
* Oversee materials are placed in appropriate bins.
* Schedule drivers based on customer demand
* Supervises drivers resolving employee behavior, work schedule, load quality, reviews and approves payroll, attendance, disciplinary action and performs annual reviews.
* Review pre-trip and post-trip driver logs.

This is a hybrid role that will require weekly onsite travel to sites in Warner Robins and Perry, GA.
You will:

What you will bring to the table:

1-2 years of Health Information related experience

Power BI, MS Office
Bonus points if:
EMR experience with EPIC, or Cerner.
