This position will supervise hourly associates on automated processing and packaging lines and will be accountable for production targets, safety, and quality within the plant. Key requirements to be considered for this opportunity: BS Degree preferred At least 2-3 years of demonstrated production leadership experience within a highly automated food manufacturing plant. Experience with RTE, canned, or pouched products is a plus.
