Key Responsibilities The Machine Shop Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring that production goals, quality standards, and customer deadlines are consistently met. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in CNC equipment operations and programming, preferably in aerospace manufacturing. Education: A two-year degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on experience. Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, blueprints, and understanding tooling and CNC machine setup. Hands-on experience with quality inspections using micrometers, bore gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools.
