We are currently seeking a Production Planner to join our Demand Management team in Harriman, NY . In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating daily production batches to ensure they are executed accurately and on schedule. You will proactively communicate raw material constraints and production concerns, partnering closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Buying, and Order Management to support seamless operations and on-time delivery.
Essential Job Functions include:
Reviews planned and firm order requirements in SAP and converts to Production orders.
Confirms orders via SAP and communicates via SAP changes to the original customers' orders.
Works with Order Management, Demand Manager and Production to schedule batches in accordance with customer required dates.
Maintains master data in SAP regarding production lead time and optimum batch size.
Liaison with Production, QC, Regulatory, Purchasing, and Creative staff as necessary.
Reviews Forecast vs. Actual requirements for FP and raw materials and identify significant variances to Demand Manager.
Works with Sr. Production Planner and Demand Manager to support scheduling and develop and manage Base/ Key forecasts in relation to Finished Product forecasts.
Manages the Customers MRP and Sample Process as needed and communicates to the Commercial Team as needed.
Collaborates on opportunities for inventory reductions.
Other duties as required including:
ensuring EHS Management System integration into business processes
supporting and participating in the creation of a proactive EHS Culture
following compliance and other obligations, while understanding the consequences of not following them.
Educational Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Business or Material Management is preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of two years' related experience in manufacturing/production facility. Experience in flavor or fragrance manufacturing environment preferred. Materials procurement /purchasing experience is also preferred. Knowledge of Lean concepts, Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is a plus.
The equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
Competencies: Knowledge of SAP functions desired. Thorough working knowledge of MS Office required.

Position Purpose:
The Superintendent Production is responsible for the control, monitoring and regulation of the water supply and distribution system operations. Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
The incumbent is responsible for the efficient and compliant operation of the outlying stations in the Hackensack, Franklin Lakes, and Allendale public water systems including dams, pump stations regulators, storage tanks, and raw water diversions. The incumbent must analyze operational data in order to continually improve water quality, optimize energy and chemical usage, and control manpower/contractor costs while maintaining compliance with all company and regulatory standards and permit requirements.

Ensuring compliance with NJDEP license requirements for the satellite facilities.
