The supervisor will conduct hourly travel paths to inspect and monitor the process continuously ensuring company expectations are met including but not limited to food safety, plant safety, quality, productivity, and cleanliness, documentation, key performance indicators (kpi listed below), and more. The Production Supervisor collaborates with Plant Safety to ensure all associates understand and adhere to the company's safety programs, procedures and guidelines. The supervisor is responsible for safety in his or her department. The supervisor will facilitate and assist in conducting of the monthly plant safety meetings for their respective departments. He/she is required to submit and follow up on any and all suggestions or concerns regarding plant safety. The supervisor will conduct weekly Safety Audits on at least 4 associates per week.
