Support the Field Operations department with other tasks and projects as business requires.
Education, Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
5+ years of experience in scheduling, planning, production coordination, or related construction or manufacturing environment required.
Strong foundational understanding of production, manufacturing, or fabrication environments, including how processes, equipment, and workflows impact scheduling required.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience) required.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at various levels required.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive operational, scheduling, and project-related information with discretion and confidentiality required.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining structure, accuracy, and accountability, required.

A Brief Overview
The Production Manager advances all event details for all shows. They will be responsible for the production team and to set a plan in motion to execute the show as per the agreed terms in the contract. * Responsible for solving any production issues that may arise at any given point in the show timeline.

Job Description
As a Distribution Supervisor at our Moen distribution center, you will guide a team in our fully automated and largest facility. You will service over 1 million customer orders and 5 million lines annually and establish/develop plans that support your team's development, continuous improvement practices, and innovation. You will also manage and develop processes that will ensure customer service, cost management, efficiency, and accuracy.
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the functions and personnel of the warehouse to ensure superior customer satisfaction. This includes receiving, putaway, order filling and preparation of all outbound shipments.
Responsibilities
Support programs that foster Associates' safety through meeting OHSA, EPA regulations, and Moen safety goals
Maintain a continuous flow of orders in shipping and receiving by managing Associates' activities
Enforce the Las Vegas Distribution Center personnel policies, procedures, and programs fairly and consistently
Ensure efficient order closeouts
Direct receiving, put away, picking and rewarehousing activities
Ensure compliance with special customer shipping instructions
Ensure proper order staging of outbound shipments and completion of all documentation
Ensure proper training of Associates to perform their duties in accordance with established procedures
Take an active role in providing a leadership example to all Associates in practicing Moen's Operating Philosophy
Provide oral and written communications such as reports, disciplinary action, monthly update charts and graphs
Plan and execute process improvements
Manage distribution operations, including customer shipments, space requirements, inventory management, and facility expenses and staffing levels to ensure compliance with operational budget and alignment with operational levels
Interface with Customer Service, Transportation, Manufacturing Plants, and customers to challenge the status quo
Drive the Moen Operating System (MOS) within the Distribution System in order to ensure continuous improvement and process adherence within all areas of the Distribution Center
Work with the Trainers to ensure proper/timely training of Associates on procedures to perform their job and use equipment properly as well as understand policies and enforce safety and warehouse objectives.
Coach and/or administer discipline when violations occur
Work with Warehouse Coaches and Leads to plan, develop and refine programs to utilize the WMS system and Fortna Carton sorting/labeling systems to the maximum capacity
Direct the maintenance of good housekeeping procedures, safe storage of product in all areas of the warehouse and maintenance of all material handling equipment
Assess and conduct employee performance reviews to maximize Associates' potential
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications
Qualifications
Associate's degree is preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
Minimum of 3 years of warehousing experience with 1 year of prior supervisory experience; previous experience in an automated distribution environment is a plus
Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and SAP; experience with Microsoft Access is a plus
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and organize responsibilities
Flexible, self-motivated and willing to actively participate in continuous improvement processes as well as inspire continuous improvement and individual growth
Detail oriented and able to provide clear and concise information to outside organizations
Ability to effectively manage heavy workloads

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $49,000 USD - $74,800 USD. Job Description

Position Description:
As a pivotal role in the production environment, the Production Manager is tasked with overseeing the entire production process. The PM ensures production goals are met while maintaining quality standards. This role is responsible for making critical employment decisions and resolving employee issues through problem resolution. The Manager balances multiple priorities, including safety, quality, productivity, cost, and morale, to achieve positive outcomes in all areas. Key responsibilities include:
Ensures effective employee relations. Provides employee coaching and development. Makes production decisions. Resolves employee and team issues through problem resolution.
Drives successful KPI performance in safety, quality, productivity, cost, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.
Manages departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports to the plant manager.
Manages department priorities.
Directs operators with respect to production schedules, volume and quality.
Drives maximum efficiency, productivity of operators, and continuous improvement initiatives to sustain success in KPI performance.
Confers with the Plant Master Planner to establish working schedules, staffing requirements for all departments connected with production.
Attends site daily management meeting and reports out department performance, roadblocks, and partners with other managers to generate success. Drives accountability and reinforces goals used for performance evaluation.
Works to continuously to improve in all areas and constantly collaborates with other department leaders to generate success.
Recommends the hiring and releasing of production staff as required to maintain a favorable labor performance, and to sustain customer demand.
Arranges to ensure appropriate training and production records are kept and given to the training coordinator or human resource for documentation.
Keeps records of departmental activity as required. Assures efficient and economical utilization of materials, improvement of methods and elimination of wasteful practices within the department.
Maintains adherence to company policies and procedures. Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules.
Performs accident investigations and complete root causes analysis with 24hrs of incident.
Tracks absenteeism and time-keeping, approves timecards, and reinforces disciplinary actions as necessary.
Maintains adherence to company policies, quality/safety/environmental standards as outlined in roles and responsibilities of ISO 9001/14001/18001 and the GSS integrated management system.
Partners with HR/Safety and attends safety meetings, training and follows all safety guidelines.
Participates in job and leadership training as organized by Management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of Production Leadership in a manufacturing environment.
Turque tube and/or mill operations experience is required for this role.
