Purpose/Responsibilities:
Provide direction and guidance to employees in the various functional areas of responsibility. Overall strong technical knowledge relating to departmental operations and working closely with the Supervisor of the area to ensure that key objectives are met
Support, promote and follow the TMOS process
Assist supervisor with schedule attainment

Qualifications/Education:
* 3-5 years of related supervisory experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* Must have a "roll up your sleeves" approach, be highly analytical and forward thinking. This is a day to day operating role but also one that requires resourcefulness, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
* Requires a medium degree of technical and analytical skills. Requires the ability to do simple to complex math calculations.
* Must be able to work in a high temperature/ humidity area.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint
* Ability to generate Standard Operating Procedures
* Ability to work unsupervised
* Must be flexible - some nights & weekends can be required
