Essential Functions and Responsibilities: • Determine production priorities by processing project releases. • Plan and schedule production to meet customer expectations. • Monitor production progress and resolve scheduling challenges. • Coordinate activities with Logistics and Customer Service to maximize efficiencies. • Learn production processes (wetcast/drycast) and their interaction with all other functions. • Understand the site development and infrastructure installation processes to best serve our customers. • Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Working knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. • Must be capable of learning software programs designed to manage all aspects of production scheduling. • Understanding of the site development process and the roles of various customer types. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple and evolving priorities. • Willingness to regularly rework a plan to accommodate new or revised customer expectations. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED equivalent. • Associate's degree or two (2) years of experience in a related field is preferred. Requirements: • Must reside in the continental U.S. within the assigned region. No relocation assistance is provided. • Must have a valid driver's license. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer. Typical Schedule: Work is generally performed Monday-Friday, 40+ hours per week depending on workload and production demands. Typical Physical Demands: Physical agility and may require any or all of the following: standing, sitting, walking, climbing, reaching, bending/stooping, lifting (50lbs. max), pushing/pulling (50lbs. max). Working Conditions: Work is generally performed in an office environment, with long periods of sitting and working at a computer, standing, or walking, and occasional pulling, pushing, or lifting. May occasionally enter production environment with ambient weather/air conditions, loud noise, dangerous equipment, and variable lighting. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required in all production and loading areas. Compensation: Based on skills, knowledge, and experience.
