Position Overview
As a Solutions Leader on Duty, you'll ensure the efficient and effective operations of the Pet Care Center to meet the needs of the guest and their pet/s. You'll work to ensure all partners are providing each guest with the best experience possible by helping them find and purchase animals, supplies and services. You'll work the cash register and ensure that our merchandise is properly stocked and priced, as well as assist in leading aspects of the Pet Care Center's business in accordance with Petco operational standards and safety procedures. Basic Qualifications
* Minimum high school diploma (its equivalency i.e. GED) or the equivalent work experience.
* A qualified applicant will be required to demonstrate proficiency in the areas of mathematics, and above average communication skills.

Education/Skills

Supervisory Responsibility
* Ensures partners are providing quick and courteous service to all guests throughout the Pet Care Center.
* Ensures high merchandising standards are maintained throughout the Pet Care Center.
* Ensures that the Pet Care Center is opened and / or closed in accordance with established P&Ps as it applies to SFS operations.
* In partnership with the Pet Care Center leaders, ensure proper Pet Care Center attendance processes are being maintained.
* Adhere to and promote established safety procedures for partners, guests, and pets.
Work Environment
The majority of job duties are conducted indoors, although customer carryouts and veterinarian visits will require that an employee leave the store briefly. Because this position requires bending, kneeling, moving merchandise (up to 50 pounds, as necessary) and standing for long periods of time, there may be risk of injury resulting from not following procedures. Ability and willingness to a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to meet store needs.

Responsibilities:
The Production Scheduler is responsible to comprehensively plan and manage the execution of daily manufacturing activities required to support the production programs within specified production cells. This position works with the Shop Floor Supervisor and Production Planner to execute the logistics, coordination and completion of all tasks associated with product manufacturing.
Responsibilities:

What you'll be doing

Your Role
The Production Manager oversees the planning and execution of all photo and video productions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high creative and operational standards. Responsibilities and Duties
In coordination with Producers and the Photo Art director, schedule, staff and organize shoots.
Prepare budgets for shoots, track expenses and create cost reports. Manage shoots/projects from start to finish, keeping productions moving.
Forecast and track monthly budgets for the Creative Team.
Negotiate deal terms with crew and models. Ensure all paperwork is completed and up to date. Log and track usage terms for any assets with limited terms.

2-4 years of experience in sales operations, inside sales leadership, or customer retention management
Strong understanding of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Results-driven mindset with a passion for data, metrics, and process optimization
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Automotive finance or dealership experience preferred but not required

Base pay: $75,000/year
Monthly bonus potential
Total annual compensation up to $95,000/year
The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of hire and depends on several factors including geographic location, experience, skill set, education, and applicable credentials.

The annual pay range for the Production Manager position is $150,000 to $200,000.
