Reports to: Senior TL, Business Process Improvement of Change Enablement
The Business Integration Lead will lead the Change Management efforts within World Wide Grocery Stores. They will play a key role in ensuring key strategic initiatives meet the change and project objectives on time and on budget by increasing Team Member speed of adoption. This position will work on several projects and change deliverables simultaneously and ensure timely completion of all project goals. The Business Integration Lead will work with leadership to identify change requirements and provide guidance to, the Change Enablement TMs assigned to create actionable deliverables based on Change Management assessments and plans. They will also create and/or provide input to deliverables working closely with project, training, and communications resources.
While the Change Integration Lead does not have direct supervisory responsibility, this person must be comfortable working in a matrixed environment, and acting as a coach to global, OA and store leaders helping them in their roles as leaders and sponsors of change. This position will be responsible for identifying, understanding and facilitating Change process change leading to single Change practices across OAs where appropriate.
Key job responsibilities
- Serve as the lead Change expert for assigned business areas
- Work with internal Team, business partners, and key Stakeholders to develop a Change Management strategy for each major sub-project. This would include Change Impact Summaries, Communication and Training Plans as well post-assessment activities to facilitate successful adoption of new initiatives
- Become an expert in multiple Change areas to facilitate understanding of Change requirements and operational decisions needed as well as facilitate agreement on companywide processes in support of project or program goals.
- Develop strategic, collaborative partnerships with regional business partners to understand their business needs and priorities in support of Change Management activities
- Collaborate with Change Process Analyst on assigned projects to understand the Change Management impact of process changes and incorporate into action plans
- Execute Change Management plans and activities in support of change and adoption activities
- Create communication and training collateral at times on own and at times with communication and/or training expert support
- Support and coach managers and leaders in their change sponsorship role
- Present Change Management information and updates to a variety of audiences including Steering Committees and Regional and Global Leadership groups
- Collaborate with business partners on systems deployment plans and coordinate successful execution of rollout schedules
- Escalate Change Management related risks as appropriate
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience leading and implementing large scale, process-related Change Management initiatives, preferably in retail operations and/or supply chain.
- Retail Change experience preferably in retail operations, purchasing or operational finance
- Ability to look at big picture to determine holistic Change Management implications of multiple sub-projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including a demonstrated strength in presenting complex concepts and ideas to a variety of audiences
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment with many different Change entities across the organization
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to respond quickly and appropriately to shifting priorities
- A passion for advocating for our Team Members, their needs and the experience they have with our systems
- Previous success building consensus amongst groups with differing points of view
- Experience with Change process re-engineering
- Ability to travel to various stores and regions up to 20% at times

What You Will Be Doing:
As Helion's Production Manager - Malaga Integration, you will lead the assembly, integration, and test of Helion's first commercial fusion generator. You will build foundational production processes and scale operations to support rapid delivery. You Will:
Oversee a team of technicians, supervisors, and contractors building complex electro-mechanical generators and prototypes across several shifts
Hire and develop supervisors and technicians, and own long-term staffing strategies aligned to program milestones
Coach and mentor production personnel to build a high-performance team
Drive schedule ownership and milestone delivery across the production team
Develop and mature new production methods to integrate and test critical magnet and capacitor bank hardware
Develop and mature foundational processes including inventory control, scheduling, and training to support higher-volume production
Interface with engineering teams to inform design improvements and optimize manufacturing processes

A day in the life of an Operations Field Work Supervisor at the Solid Waste Operations Complex (SWOC) includes, but is not limited to:

* Ensuring personnel are accountable, trained and qualified to perform their assigned function.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Identify, prioritize and pull materials identified from manufacturing work orders.
* Oversee set up or assist in setting up machinery to proper dimensions specified on manufacturing work orders.
* Support and lead internal/external audits to ensure and verify compliance to applicable requirements.
* Ensure finished material is delivered to other work areas.
* Prioritize, coordinate and assign work flow for manufacturing area of supervision.
* Ensure work orders are properly interpreted and aligned with specifications such as; materials to be used, locations of cutting lines, and dimensions/tolerances.
* Ensure measuring equipment is effectively utilized such as; calipers, micrometers, height gage, and other measuring equipment needed to complete work.
* Understand prescribed procedures to inspect part(s) and product(s) produced to assure compliance to specifications to eliminate defects, scrap, rework, etc.
* Ensure part(s) meet all Customer Quality requirements.
* Identify and correct root causes for quality problems.
* Create instructions for new work coming to the area when necessary. Must be able to effectively describe to manufacturing engineers the instructions to perform task for the master planning. Retain records and pictorials of incoming work for future needs and training.
* Oversee and ensure implementation of 5S program in the area to improve work flow and maintain safety of workers in the area.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description:
As the department's first line leader, the ProductionSupervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating daily manufacturing operations within aseptic or other processing areas to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant production of sterile pharmaceutical products. This role provides direct supervision and mentorship to production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Supervisor ensures strict adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards, while driving operational excellence and maintaining a high-performance team environment to ensure success of department goals. Team size is approx. 10-20 production technicians.
The Manufacturing Supervisor II has functional responsibility for any of the aseptic manufacturing operations such as compounding, preparation, filtration, filling and lyophilization, in the SLM, CPA, RM, EXT or Finishing departments.
The Manufacturing Supervisor III has functional responsibility for any of the manufacturing operations in either the SVP or SLM manufacturing departments. Primary responsibility of the Manufacturing Supervisor III will be the direct supervision of a specific manufacturing area within the SVP and/or SLM department, generation and review of Standard Operating Procedures and Batch Production Records, and compliance with cGMP through observation, training, and auditing.
Operational Leadership
* Supervise daily activities of production technicians in manufacturing, ensuring adherence to SOPs, batch records, and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Be Doing:
You will lead and develop a team of Test Technicians responsible for the safe and efficient execution of high-voltage testing across Helion's production and development programs. This position provides effective training to the assembly cell and ensures safety and quality standards are maintained at all times. May provide up to 50% direct labor contribution to assemble products using a variety of hand tools, fixtures, mechanical work instructions and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble/test complex laser devices and/or systems. D Shift: Thursday-Saturday, every other Wednesday 5:00pm-5:15am
Responsibilities:
Works with supervisor and other team leads to manage and prioritize staffing assignments in accordance with customer demand and ensure production schedules are met.
Assigns tasks, provides support, and follows up with team members throughout the shift.
Launches shift in accordance with effective resourcing and productivity requirements; participates in and/or leads cross shift turnover meetings to ensure smooth transition.
Provides written mid-shift status to plan and end of shift performance updates to supervisor, including issues and action plans for recovery of current activities/unit throughput, safety/quality/equipment issues, and problem lots with specific information and appropriate supporting documentation
Fosters a positive, inclusive work environment for all employees

Acts with integrity and honesty while promoting the nLight culture
Informs supervisor of time management, performance, and workmanship issues
Coordinates and provides training to ensure understanding of procedures and quality requirements.

Reports and assists in the investigation of safety incidents which occur on shift, participates in site safety committee.
Uses basic problem solving skills to ensure stable operation of the work cell and promptly reports problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials and labor to supervisor.
Submits equipment failure work request support tickets, as necessary.
Notifies appropriate party/parties when process is out of control and participates in root cause analysis.
Participates in process or router changes, as necessary.
Works collaboratively with support staff resolve issues.
Observes, maintains, coordinates, and completes standard work programs.
Updates production metrics and helps facilitate regular team communications.
Identifies and supports continuous improvement efforts with supervisor.
Sustains and facilitates Lean manufacturing and 5S activities; suggests cost-savings.
Participates as a member of the production team and assembles products as needed.
Follows documented policies and procedures as designated by the Quality System.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated proficiency of one or more cells processes, equipment, and tools and the impact they have on the product.
Proficient at Lean and process Improvement.
Ability to leverage conceptual knowledge to lead assigned team.
Ability to create Training courses.
Effective at identifying and implementing root cause corrective action.
Good Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills. Proficient in ERP and MOM transactions.
Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, follow-through, and without supervision.
Proven ability to work with a diverse team and across various functional groups.
Strong organizational skills.
Basic math skills.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to train and motivate team members.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel very small items without difficulty
Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach with hands at ar-ms-length, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Specific vision requirements include close vision, color vision, and depth perception vision
Ability to gown cleanroom attire and wear required Personal Protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time including laser safety protective eyewear

Starting pay depends on qualifications:
Manufacturing Lead - $23.67 to $28.00 per hour
Shift differentials are paid at the rate of 10% for hours worked between 5:30PM and 12:00AM and at 15% for hours worked between 12:00AM and 5:30AM
Target Cash Bonus with potential payout of up to 2% of your wages
80 hours of paid Vacation per year, plus paid Sick Leave and 10 paid Holidays
Vacation increases 8 hours annually, up to a maximum of 120 hours per year
