Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time Production Planner & Logistics Manager to assist in managing the day-to-day responsibilities of planning production schedules, managing shipping schedules and ensuring on-time delivery. This includes acting as a bridge between the sales team, the factory and logistics to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered. Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning:
Create and manage production timelines based on seasonal calendars and sales
Coordinate with factories and suppliers to ensure timely sampling, material delivery, and production starts

Logistics & Coordination:
Organize domestic and international shipments; manage freight booking, tracking, and customs documentation

Job Overview:
The Associate Manager, Production is a key position on Wasserman's Experiential Team responsible for contributing to the successful delivery of various aspects of agency projects, from brief to execution. This role will ensure that all project relevant resources including operations and logistics are allocated and delivered on-time, on-budget and of a quality expected by Wasserman and its clients.
Additionally, the Manager, Production will contribute to the department operations, processes, budgeting (for live projects and pitches), agency quality control and third-party supplier management.
What You'll Do:
Responsible for managing various elements of large-scale projects, with a strong focus on planning and onsite execution
Work in a collaborative manner with all Wasserman account teams to ensure flawless project delivery against the client's objectives and agreed budget
Manage vendor relationships with audio, lighting, staging, fabrication, graphics, digital technology, venues, labor, and other project executional vendor partnerships as necessary to ensure that all agency suppliers meet Wasserman standards of sustainability, ethical purchasing, diversity, quality control and pricing structure
Regular communication with agency team and client team regarding roles and responsibilities, budget, schedules, and project status
Develop, manage and reconcile project budgets of $100k+, responsible for ensuring that projects are correctly budgeted for and meet expected financial targets
Develop production schedules, run of shows, cue to cues, and enforce deliverable dates key to program success
Responsible for building and maintaining effective client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are addressed in a timely fashion throughout the duration of projects
Manage and develop the relationships with Wasserman trusted suppliers and third parties, throughout the duration of the project
Creates a positive, collaborative, teamwork environment based on the company culture and values
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
1-3 years relevant / increasing operations experience (preferably in the experiential, sports or entertainment field)
Must be comfortable working as an integral part of a team environment
Continuously demonstrates solution-oriented mentality
Lead and inspire other team members, generate positive morale
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload while coordinating with others to proactively meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a ‘can-do' attitude at all times
Agency experience preferred
Base salary range: $50K-$62.5K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Job Summary:
Ruggable is looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Gardena, California. We are looking for someone with previous experience, who is ready to take our operations to new heights.
The Manufacturing Supervisor, reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, directs and manages all production responsibilities such as safety, throughput, quality, cost control, hiring, while also driving continuous improvement and optimization of production operation processes.
This role is second shift, Monday through Friday, 4 pm - 12:30 am.
What You'll Do:
Prioritize employee safety and be able to lead project-based safety improvements
Meet safety, quality, delivery, cost and people (SQDCP) goals in a fast-changing environment
Use data to make educated decisions to improve production performance
Clearly articulate wins and opportunities to management; take initiative to cover gaps
Adhere to quality standards and drive improvements in quality and efficiency
Support and fulfill ad hoc requests from R&D, Design, and Operations teams
Train, coach and schedule production operators and shift leads
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to optimize plant safety and performance
Work collaboratively with other supervisors and managers to achieve plant goals
Evaluate employee performance, identify coaching opportunities and provide feedback
Use Paylocity to create and manage team schedules
Resolve employee issues and disputes, using HR if necessary
What You'll Need to Have:
Required:
Proven work experience as a Lead/Supervisor; managerial experience a must
Supervisor competencies - staffing, training, data analysis, resource allocation, and “sense of urgency”
Must work well under pressure in a very fast-paced environment and able to work independently with moderate direction
Strong interpersonal skills, addressing complaints/resolving problems, rewarding/disciplining employees, and appraising performance
Ability to create and work in collaborative group environments
1-2 years of experience in manufacturing field and/or warehouse environment
Flexible schedule; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary
Must be able to work legally in the United States
Conversational Spanish, Proficient English
Compensation:
$35/hr 1099, 6 month contract to hire

The Role
The 1st Shift Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading production operations, balancing quality, compliance, and people leadership. This supervisor sets the tone for the shift by maintaining a calm, respectful, and accountable work environment, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with all procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support first-shift production teams to meet daily production goals while maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
Ensure strict adherence to documented procedures, work instructions, and traceability requirements
Monitor production flow and material availability, addressing issues proactively and escalating appropriately when needed
Troubleshoot equipment, process, and personnel issues using sound judgment and root-cause thinking
Review and ensure accuracy of production documentation, travelers, and quality records
Maintain a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and organization across the production floor
Communicate clearly with the second shift, engineering, quality, and materials to ensure continuity and issue resolution
Provide clear shift handoff reports that accurately reflect production status, issues, and follow-ups
Coach and develop operators through consistent expectations, feedback, and support
Address performance or conduct issues respectfully, firmly, and in alignment with company values
What Were Looking For
5+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (medical device experience strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of quality systems, documentation requirements, and process discipline
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions without constant oversight
Proven ability to troubleshoot problems thoughtfully rather than react impulsively
Leadership style that balances accountability with respect and professionalism
Clear, direct communicator who can set expectations and follow through consistently
Comfortable using ERP/MRP systems and basic production reporting tools
Availability to work 1st shift consistently, with flexibility for frequent overtime
