As a Operations Production Support Specialist within PNC's Midland organization, you will be based remotely within the PNC Midland footprint. PNC provides a best in class office environment; and also supports remote and hybrid work environments.
As an Operations Production Support Specialist within Special Loan Servicing, you serve as the primary liaison for coordinating requests from external parties regarding defaulted loans. Your responsibilities include reviewing and processing complex Commercial Real Estate (CRE) servicing requests-such as payments, disbursements, and other related activities-while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
You play a critical role in mitigating risk, resolving payment discrepancies, and addressing various loan servicing inquiries. Additionally, you maintain accurate loan records, execute loan maintenance transactions, and contribute to the preparation of management reports. Your role also involves supporting special projects focused on process improvement and enhancing departmental efficiency.
Qualifications:
• BS in Business, Finance, Real Estate or a related field and or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of related commercial loan servicing experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to efficiently utilize commercial loan processing systems.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Answer and route incoming calls;
* Obtains, verifies and updates patient demographic information;
* Collects and records co-payments and/or deductibles;
* Verifies charts contain all necessary paperwork;
* Schedules return appointments, as required;
* Scans medical records for EMR as needed or requested;

Required Education and/ or Experience:
Requires a High School Diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of previous experience working in a Medical Office or administrative position, 2-3 years' experience is preferred.
General Skill Requirements:

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Experience working with a Practice Management system.

Certified Peer Support Specialist
Trotwood, OH
Under general supervision of the Program Coordinator or Program Manager, the Peer Specialist will be a Certified Peer Specialist and this position is designated for a person who identifies as having a lived experience with mental health recovery and/or recovery from substance use, and is willing to use and share his or her personal, practical experience, knowledge, and first-hand insight to benefit the team and its clients.
The Peer Support Specialist will engage individuals with psychiatric disabilities who may have had contact with the criminal justice system. The Peer Support Specialist will be expected to work one-on-one with referrals from mental health courts, probation, forensic liaison, and shelters to provide ongoing supports clients may need to avoid incarceration in the future.
The Peer Support Specialist will be expected to engage clients prior to release from jail to develop reentry plans that ensure a smooth transition to back into the community. After release, the Peer Support Specialist will provide both personal encouragement and practical assistance.
Under the supervisor of the Program Manager or Program Coordinator, the peer specialist engages in non-directive and supportive relationships that promote empowerment and self-learning; provides peer counseling and consultation to individual clients, families, and team members; acts as a liaison with community resources; carries out rehabilitation and support functions; and assists in substance abuse services, education, support and consultation to families, and crisis intervention under the clinical supervision of the Program Manager. Services are provided based on Recovery tenets and are aimed to promote self-determination and the overall health and well-being of persons served.
Qualifications:
The Peer Specialist must meets local standards for certification as a peer specialist in the State of Ohio.
