**Location:** Atlanta, GA / Exton PA (Split office / home)
**Reports To:** Director, Supply Chain North America
**Summary**
The Manager, Production Support will globally support the execution of new soft goods materials. The key responsibilities will be to manage the FlexPLM database for approved materials, manage purchase orders for items creation (tooling, lab dips, artwork, etc.) and lead the production support team which is responsible for generating production specs for all finished goods.
**Fashion / New Product Development:**
+ FlexPLM Management (North America and APAC)
+ Enter new approved materials with all characteristics and costs
+ Manage all materials and color libraries
+ Add new call outs for soft good BOMs from Soft Goods Designers
+ Lab Dip Management - Pre-approve all lab dips in FlexPLM for NA and APAC
+ Manage New Material Development (initiated by Fashion)
+ Receive new material test request (from Fashion)
+ Approve sample tank cost
+ Create Purchase Orders for sample yardage in Ariba (indirect PO management)
+ Approve MOQ for production and Greige materials
+ Review and approve Graco & Century waivers
+ Review and approve all production specs for correct materials and colors
