YOUR ROLE
As an IT SupportSpecialist, you'll deliver support to Immuta employees, helping them stay productive across MacOS, SaaS applications, and a growing set of workplace technologies. Key Responsibilities of the Role
Manage Incoming inquiries and phone calls from employees, agents, policyholders, and vendors Document issue details with correct urgency & priority and escalate to other team members or teams when appropriate
