Responsibilities
Complete manufacturing tasks with precision and consistency
Fill, cap, and label vials, bottles, and tubes according to established procedures
Communicate and collaborate effectively to meet daily production goals
Work in standard and clean-room environments while following PPE requirements
Safely operate manual and automated filling equipment
Complete required training on time and follow ISO and regulatory standards
Interact with internal personnel to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Recognize and respond to deviations from standard practices
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail to prevent non-conforming products
Maintain strong attendance and punctuality
