Minimum Skills Required: High School Diploma or equivalent, from an accredited institution. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook, etc.). At least 1 year prior experience in a similar role in a production environment. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Must be able to communicate well (both written and verbal) with management as well as direct employees in a productive/professional manner. Must be able to work in a production area which includes noise, equipment moving, sharp utensils, wet, and cold ( Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities. Preferred: Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) experience. Fork Lift and/or Electric pallet jack experience.
