We are looking for a skilled and versatile Sign Production & Vehicle Wrap Specialist to join our FASTSIGNS team. This dual-focused role combines hands-on sign production, fabrication, and finishing with high-quality vehicle wrap installation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship across a wide range of signage and wrap projects.
You will work in a fast-paced, creative production environment using industry-leading equipment while also completing full and partial vehicle wraps on all types of vehicles. This is a dynamic, high-impact role where your work will be seen throughout the community.
Position requirements include cutting printed graphics using wall cutters, saws, and X-Acto blades, as well as applying vinyl to substrates. The Production Specialist may also work in the field performing vehicle-related installations using a ladder or mechanical lift system. Careful attention to detail and the ability to follow work orders accurately is essential.
POSITION DESCRIPTIONUnder general direction from the Production Manager, this position is responsible for all aspects of the physical production of signs and graphics. This includes preparing substrates, applying vinyl, trimming and finishing materials, and ensuring all products meet FASTSIGNS quality standards. Responsibilities also include mounting, laminating prints, and performing precise quality checks throughout the production process. This position must proofread all signs for accuracy, ensure proper materials are used, and maintain a clean and efficient production workflow.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sign Production
Follow layouts to apply computer-generated vinyl or full-color digital graphics onto predetermined substrates.
Prepare substrates for vinyl application, including cutting, cleaning, laminating, painting, and maintaining material surfaces.
Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut graphics using the proper technique based on vinyl type and complexity.
Perform finishing operations such as laminating, and mounting printed pieces.
Operate, set up, and maintain production equipment including printers, cutters, plotters, saws, routers, Zund, Flatbed printer, Laser Engraver, CNC and Laminator.
Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs when necessary.
Maintain production pace and work efficiently while ensuring consistent quality.
Vehicle Wrap Installation
Perform high-quality full and partial wraps on cars, vans, trucks, trailers, and fleets.
Clean, prep, and prime vehicle surfaces to ensure proper vinyl adhesion.
Apply vinyl using industry-standard tools and techniques to achieve clean, bubble-free, professional results.
Accurately interpret wrap layouts and printed panels during application.
Assist with vinyl removals and re-installs as needed.
Maintain wrap tools, materials, and bay areas in clean working order.
Quality Assurance & Workflow
Read, understand, and interpret Work Orders accurately.
Conduct pre-production and post-production quality assurance checks for defects, sizing, alignment, color accuracy, and overall craftsmanship.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
General Duties
Communicate with coworkers and customers in a calm, professional manner.
Report low inventory or materials needing reorder to the Production Manager.
Assist with unloading and storing raw materials; maintain clean and organized storage areas.

This position is responsible for assembling electrical and fiber optic jumper and cable assemblies utilizing various mechanical and hand tools.

Key Responsibilities:
* During the mobilization process, the laborer will assist in offloading the dredge, the slurry pipe, dewatering equipment, and any other support equipment necessary for the mobilization of the job.
* Assist in setting the dredge into the water, cabling and assembling the machine, and fusing or bolting together the pipeline.
* Assist in setting up the dewatering equipment and/or Geo-tube placement, depending on the configuration of the job site and dewatering process.
* Assist in the dredging operations which include moving the dredge, checking and adding polymer as needed to the chemical injection system, taking periodic samples of the slurry, assisting in fueling, greasing, and checking all of the mechanical equipment, working the geotubes to make sure that they are dewatering properly, and any other job site tasks that are requested.
* Assist the dredge operator in cleaning the cutter head, bunkering fuel, and preventive or corrective maintenance to the dredge. While all operations are ongoing, laborers will have the capabilities to learn other positions such as dredge operator or equipment operator to improve their skills which will lead to promotions in positions.
* Once dredging operations are complete, the laborers will assist in cleaning all equipment, disassembling all equipment, loading all equipment, and doing final clean ups to restore the customer site.
Requirements:
* Must have some experience and/or a background in working outside in an upland or marine construction style environment. (Mining, dredging, drilling, earthworks/excavation, land clearing, offshore, under or above ground utility, heavy civil, etc.).
* Must be able to work in extreme heat, extreme cold, and on the water. Job sites range from very remote to industrial plant environments.
* Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
* Must be authorized to work in the US.
* Valid driver's license is preferred.
* Must be able to complete tasks with minimum supervision.
* This is a 100% traveling position so must be willing to travel.
* Must be able to work out of town for 21-days+ at a time, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Sign Production
Follow layouts to apply computer-generated vinyl or full-color digital graphics onto predetermined substrates.
Prepare substrates for vinyl application, including cutting, cleaning, laminating, painting, and maintaining material surfaces.
Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut graphics using the proper technique based on vinyl type and complexity.
Perform finishing operations such as laminating, and mounting printed pieces.
Operate, set up, and maintain production equipment including printers, cutters, plotters, saws, routers, Zund, Flatbed printer, Laser Engraver, CNC and Laminator.
Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs when necessary.
