Pay : $18.00/hr + $1.00 perfect attendance bonus The production operator may be involved in more than one process including cleaning (remove excess foam and build up on the molds), spraying (applying release agent to the mold to prevent the foamed part from sticking to the mold or thepart being burned), demolding (removal of parts from the molds and visually inspect for voids, tears, out of channel or missing wires), or inlaying (accurately inlaying wires, hard foam, fleeces and frames into molds). In this hands-on role, you will operate press brake machines to bend, shape, and form sheet metal according to engineering specifications. RESPONSIBILITIES Machine Operation: Set up and operate press brake machines to bend sheet metal parts in accordance with production drawings and work orders.
