SPECIFIC DUTIES: Level 1 Use a Commercial sewing machine to perform the following: Basic bench assembly, bar-tacking, stud/post machine, snap-cap machine, hot knife, trimming, material handling, simple machine operation MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic working knowledge of sewing or production machinery desired, but not required. Factory production work experience desired. Must be able to follow instructions and shop rules.

As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the production process, including operating machinery, assembling products, and conducting quality inspections to ensure that all products meet company standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient operations. Must be able to handle small parts with a high level of care, ensuring minimal breakage Assemble products according to specifications and maintain accurate records. Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and cleanliness protocols. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and efficiency targets. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to a supervisor immediately. Wage: $16 per hour Shifts Available: 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read and write in English Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus. Ability to operate machinery effectively and adhere to safety protocols. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
