This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided for someone who enjoys hands-on work and learning on the job. A Day in the Life Run punch press machines safely and efficiently, following established production procedures. Load raw materials and remove finished parts with care and consistency. Check parts against measurements and visual standards to confirm accuracy and detect defects. Interpret work orders, simple diagrams, and written instructions to complete tasks. Record production data and keep your workstation organized and clean. Assist with basic machine setups and minor adjustments (training provided). Flag mechanical issues or safety concerns to your supervisor promptly. What You Bring Minimum 6 months of machine operating experience; prior manufacturing exposure is a plus. Ability to read basic measurements and follow written directions. Comfort working on your feet for extended periods and lifting 30-50 lbs.
