The Trainee will learn to operate and monitor various machines in a production environment, including processing different jobs simultaneously and will also learn to do own set-ups within a reasonable amount of time. Trainees are expected to progress in knowledge, skill and ability to be promoted to Operator within a reasonable amount of time.
