This position reports to the Production Supervisor
Responsibilities/Job Description:
Prepare, pour, weigh (metric and non-metric), blend, and determine mixing sequences of food products assistance
Read and interpret recipe formulas ensuring all ingredients have been compiled
Provide support to maintain the plant/facility to GMP standards/requirements by sweeping, mopping, cleaning and/or sanitizing floors, production equipment and parts, utensils, work surfaces and countertops, walls, racking, desktops, scales, etc.
Wear PPE as required and/or instructed
Learn to assist and operate designated equipment levers and/or controls to perform manufacturing operations per SOP/Instructions
Participate in on-the-job training as required, including cross-training in other departments to meet business needs
Work in a team setting
Ability to record, calculate and verify data while also ensuring accurate, clear, and complete documentation for GMP records
Learn how to read and interpret gauges, vacuum, pressure, and temperature levels
Assist in collecting testing, packaging, and other support for production data for each food batch or operation
Learn and assist in inspecting plant equipment for leaks, blockages, proper function, and/or other malfunctions
Assist in visually inspect food for consistency in texture, clarity, and bouquet
Learn how to operate heavy equipment such as a forklift, order picker, floor cleaners, etc.
Work safely, adhering to all company and OSHA safety regulations, policies, and/or expectations
Perform basic duties and/or tasks as directed by your supervisor and/or Management and comply with daily production schedule support
Comply with all written policies including but not limited to; all company policies, work instructions, SOPs, and GMP requirements
Flexibility to learn and perform other duties as needed and assigned including but not limited to, working overtime, working weekends, and flexing work schedules up or down to meet business needs

Also follows HACCP and SQF requirements for food quality and safety.

Lifts and places raw materials into appropriate tote or tank equipment or mixers via automatic or manual lifting. Properly labels bulk containers, mixes etc.
Keeps Quality Control and Research & Development departments informed, to ensure correct amounts of raw materials are used and to recommend improvements to existing products.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Graphics Production Technician at Astound is responsible for executing high-quality graphics production processes, including SEG (Silicone Edge Graphics) staging, large format printing, vinyl application, and maintenance of production machinery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Large Format Printing: Operate large format printers to produce high-quality prints on a range of materials including fabrics, vinyl, and rigid substrates.
Vinyl Application: Apply vinyl graphics on various surfaces such as windows, walls, vehicles, and displays with accuracy, ensuring a smooth finish without bubbles or creases.
SEG Staging: Collaborate with the staging and sewing teams to review and test the fit of SEG graphics on frames and structures.
Machine Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on printing, cutting, and sewing equipment to ensure smooth operation and longevity.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products for accuracy, consistency, and quality to ensure they meet the required specifications before delivery.

Sort clean and soiled linen for processing
Feeds clean linens through moving belt folding machines
Hand Folds fold small pieces
Job types include: Ironer, Feeders folders, Shakers, Stackers and Wrappers
Tracking production
Performs other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Able to respond to basic verbal commands.
Effectively follow directions.
Organized
Bi-lingual
Laundry or housekeeping experience a plus
Detail oriented
Physical/Mental Requirements:
Able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
Able to push, pull and/or lift up to 50 lbs.
May be at an industrial setting with heat/cold and distracting noise levels.
May be required to bend, reach and/or lift up to 25 lbs.

Job Summary
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to manufacture high-quality products. This role requires adherence to safety protocols, efficiency standards, and quality control procedures to ensure production targets are met. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
Operate various production machines according to job specifications, work orders, and production schedules.
Load raw materials into the machinery.
Monitor machine cycles and parameters to ensure proper operation and prevent errors.
Perform routine and in-process quality checks on finished parts using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Inspect parts for defects, dimensional accuracy, and conformity to established standards and blueprints.
Other duties as assigned.
Technical Functional Skills:
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
Basic math skills and ability to use precision measuring instruments (on-site training available).
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
